Lt Governor Tim Murray Visits Holliston

by Bill Tobin 3/6/09

Tim Murray, the lieutenant governor, is meeting with the fifteen newly elected state representatives in an informal atmosphere in their home communities.

Residents enjoying lunch were encouraged to meet with Carolyn and Tim to share their views on current topics.

The controversial issue of the day is whether a gas tax increase or a toll increase is the way to go to help pay for the big dig.

The decision will have ramifications for all, affecting some more than others, There is much diversity with solid arguments for both, and a lot seems to be geographically based.

What do you think?

Should there be an increase is the gasoline tax?

Should there be an increase in turnpike tolls?

Please tell Carolyn Dykema and Tim Murray what you think.

HollistonReporter.Com will convey your thoughts and report on this site too.

Respond by clicking on "comment", or click on "contact us", but please do voice your opinion, now.

Your thoughts do count!
