Come and enjoy an afternoon of delicious appetizers, salads, entrees, beer and of course, desserts!  The elegant Asa Whiting House and the historic Barn at 547 Washington Street Holliston, MA 01746, will be the perfect venue for this sumptuous event.

Mark those calendars food lovers! On Sunday, April 24, 2016, the Holliston Historical Society will host our 9th Annual “A Taste of Holliston” from 1 PM to 3 PM. This much anticipated event will be featuring many returning vendor favorites and some exciting new ones. 

The participants include: Anthony’s on the Green, Berry Bon Bon!, The Bakery at Berry Bon Bon, Bertucci’s Italian Restaurant, The Candy Cottage, Crafted, The Curry House, Dunkin Donuts, Heritage of Sherborn, Holliston Superette, J & L Catering, Jalapeño’s Mexican Grill, Jasper Hill Café & Bistro, Joni’s Cannolis, Los Cabos, Mac City, Muffin House Café, Oliva’s Market, Restaurant 45 and TC Scoops. Once again, The Miss Mendon Diner is our special sponsor.

Tickets bought in advance are $15 and being sold online at hollistonhistoricalsociety.org. Beginning April 4th, tickets will be available at Coffee Haven, The Corner Market, Crafted, Fiske’s, Salone de Bella and Holliston Superette. Tickets purchased at the door are $20.  No charge for children five years and under.

First Night on the Rail Trail

The Friends of Holliston Trails is excited to host the 5th Annual First Night Trail Walk on December 31st from 5:00 to 8:00 PM. For those who are new to town, fire pits light the trail from Blair Square and Cross Street to Phipps Tunnel. Friendly fire pit hosts chat with walkers and offer a source of warmth during your stroll. To make this event the best yet, the Friends of the Holliston Trails are still in need of additional fire pit hosts. It's an easy task and a lot of fun.
