Friday, June 16

11:00 am: Medical – The ambulance and paramedics from Fallon EMS responded to a medical emergency on Central Street. A resident was transported to MetroWest Medical Center, Framingham.

3:37 pm: Medical – The ambulance responded to a medical emergency on Rich Road. The individual refused transport and a signed waiver was obtained.

 

Saturday, June 17

2:32 am: Alarm Activation – Deputy Jim Moore, Weekend Duty Officer Captain James McGowan, Ladder 1, and Engines 1 and 3 responded to an alarm activation on Central Street.

7:52 am: Assistance Call – Weekend Duty Officer Captain James McGowan responded to an assistance call on Paul Road.

11:28 am: Investigation – Weekend Duty Officer Captain James McGowan investigated an outside fire on Marshall Street.

12:18 pm: Medical – The ambulance responded to a medical emergency on Marshall Street. A resident was transported to Milford Regional Medical Center.

2:23 pm: Medical - The ambulance responded to a medical emergency on Concord Street. A resident was transported to MetroWest Medical Center, Framingham.

3:55 pm: Investigation - Deputy Jim Moore investigated an alarm activation on Washington Street.

10:47 pm: Medical - The ambulance responded to a medical emergency on Turner Road. The individual refused transport and a signed waiver was obtained.

11:00 pm: Assistance Call – The ambulance responded to assist the Police Department on Jerrold Street. No EMS was required.

 

Sunday, June 18

3:49 pm: Medical – The ambulance responded to a medical emergency on Washington Street. A resident was transported to MetroWest Medical Center, Natick.

 

Monday, June 19

7:30 am: Assistance Call – Chief Cassidy responded to an assistance call on Lone Oak Circle.

 

Tuesday, June 20

11:23 pm: Medical – The ambulance responded to a medical emergency on Old Town Road. A resident was transported to Milford Regional Medical Center.

 

Wednesday, June 21

12:10 am: Medical – The ambulance responded to a medical emergency on Windsor Drive. The individual refused transport and a signed waiver was obtained.

7:09 am: Medical – The ambulance and paramedics from Fallon EMS responded to a medical emergency on Jerrold Street. A resident was transported to Milford Regional Medical Center.

8:35 am: Medical – The ambulance responded to a medical alarm activation on Hollis Street. No EMS was needed.

11:45 am: Medical – The ambulance responded to a medical emergency on Dean Road. A resident was transported to MetroWest Medical Center, Framingham.

12:20 pm: Medical – The ambulance and paramedics from Hopkinton Fire responded to a medical emergency on South Street. A resident was transported to MetroWest Medical Center, Framingham.

3:07 pm: Medical – Deputy Jim Moore, the ambulance, and paramedics from AMR responded to a medical on Winter Street.  A resident was transported to MetroWest Medical Center, Framingham.

6:26 pm: Bicycle Crash – Chief Michael Cassidy, the ambulance, and paramedics from Alert EMS responded to a bicyclist who had been struck by a motor vehicle on Norfolk Street.  A Foxboro resident was transported to UMass/Memorial Medical Center, University Campus in Worcester.

11:48 pm: Medical – The backup ambulance responded to a medical emergency on Winthrop Street.  The individual refused transport and a signed waiver was obtained.

11:50 pm: Medical – The ambulance and paramedics from Alert EMS responded to a medical emergency on Bonney Drive.  A resident was transported to MetroWest Medical Center, Framingham.

 

Thursday, June 22

5:42 am: Medical – The ambulance and paramedics from Fallon EMS responded to a medical emergency on Shaw Farm Road.  A resident was transported to Milford Regional Medical Center.

12:20 pm: Investigation – Deputy Jim Moore investigated an electrical hazard on Prentice Street.

4:16 pm: Investigation – Chief Michael Cassidy investigated an alarm activation on Hopping Brook Road.

4:58 pm: Medical – The ambulance responded to a medical emergency on Winchester Drive.  A resident was transported to Milford Regional Medical Center.
