Friday, June 30

12:43 am: Investigation – Chief Michael Cassidy investigated an alarm activation on Goulding Street.

7:32 am: Medical – The ambulance responded to a medical emergency on Washington Street. An Upton resident was transported to Milford Regional Medical Center.

12:38 pm: Medical – The ambulance and paramedics from AMR responded to a medical emergency on Washington Street. A resident was transported to MetroWest Medical Center, Framingham.

5:30 pm: Medical – The ambulance and paramedics from Ashland Fire responded to a medical emergency on Mohawk Path. A resident was transported to MetroWest Medical Center, Framingham.

6:45 pm: Medical – The ambulance responded to a medical emergency on Washington Street. A Norfolk resident was transported to Metro West Medical Center, Framingham.

 

Saturday, July 1

1:30 am: Motor Vehicle Crash – Chief Michael Cassidy and the ambulance responded to a motor vehicle crash on Hanlon Road. A Hopkinton resident was transported to Milford Regional Medical Center.

2:30 am: Investigation - Chief Michael Cassidy and Weekend Duty Officer Captain John Murphy investigated an alarm activation on Adams Street.

8:18 am: Medical – The ambulance responded to a medical emergency on Washington Street. A resident was transported to MetroWest Medical Center, Natick.

12:29 pm: Investigation – Weekend Duty Officer John Murphy and Firefighter Shawn Lynch investigated an alarm activation on Windsor Drive.

5:52 pm: Investigation - Weekend Duty Officer John Murphy and Firefighter Shawn Lynch investigated wires arcing on Adams Street.

11:22 pm: Investigation - Weekend Duty Officer John Murphy investigated an alarm activation on Old Cart Path.

 

Sunday, July 2

12:20 pm: Medical – The ambulance and paramedics from Fallon EMS responded to a medical emergency on Washington Street. A resident was transported to MetroWest Medical Center, Framingham.

10:04 pm: Medical – The ambulance responded to a medical emergency on Washington Street. The individual refused transport and a signed waiver was obtained.

11:10 pm: Medical – The ambulance responded to a medical emergency on Pearl Street. A resident was transported to MetroWest Medical Center, Natick.

 

Monday, July 3

8:13 am: Medical – The ambulance and paramedics from Fallon EMS responded to a medical emergency on Central Street. A resident was transported to MetroWest Medical Center, Framingham.

5:20 pm: Mutual Aid - Engine 2 responded mutual aid to Medway for station coverage at their Milford Street headquarters.  The personnel were subsequently moved up to the scene of the working fire on Village Street.

 

Tuesday, July 4

3:26 am: Medical – The ambulance responded to a medical emergency on Lone Oak Circle. A resident was transported to MetroWest Medical Center, Framingham.

11:50 am: Medical – The ambulance responded to a medical emergency on Bonney Drive. A resident was transported to MetroWest Medical Center, Framingham.

12:32 pm: Medical – Chief Michael Cassidy, the ambulance, and paramedics from Fallon EMS responded to a medical emergency on Mellen Street. A resident was transported to UMass/Memorial Medical Center, University Campus in Worcester.

7:35 pm: Medical – The ambulance and paramedics from Fallon EMS responded to a medical emergency on Washington Street. A resident was transported to MetroWest Medical Center, Framingham.

 

Wednesday, July 5

5:57 pm: Medical – The ambulance responded to a medical emergency on Winter Street. A resident was transported to Milford Regional Medical Center.

7:35 pm: Medical – The ambulance responded to a medical emergency on Oakhurst Lane. The individual refused transport and a signed waiver was obtained.

10:39 pm: Medical – The ambulance and paramedics from Fallon EMS responded to a medical emergency on Christopher Road. A resident was transported to Milford Regional Medical Center.

 

Thursday, July 6

5:05 pm: Investigation – Chief Michael Cassidy responded to an assistance call on Elm Street.

9:24 pm: Medical – The ambulance responded to a medical emergency on South Street. A resident was transported to Milford Regional Medical Center.
