Church and Railroad was the scene of a mid-day close encounter of the third kind.

There were no apparent injuries and those involved seemed to be taking the encounter well.

Officer Tim Heney investigated.

Celebrate Holliston 2017 is scheduled for September 16th. Kathy Shore, left, and Theresa Lamkin are the power behind the scene for the biggest event of the year, Celebrate Holliston. Together they opened the day's activities by welcoming everyone and gave a special thanks to Bill Sheehan of Jensen Sheehan Insurance for his dedication to to the event from the very first CH many years ago.
