Friday, August 25

2:03 am: Medical – The ambulance and paramedics from Fallon EMS responded to a medical emergency on South Street. A resident was transported to Milford Regional Medical Center.

2:41 am: Medical – The backup ambulance responded to a medical emergency on Garett Way. The individual refused transport and a signed waiver was obtained.

10:12 am: Medical – The ambulance responded to a medical on Temi Road. A resident was transported to Newton Wellesley Hospital.

11:36 am: Medical – The backup ambulance responded to a medical emergency on Washington Street. A resident was transported to MetroWest Medical Center, Framingham.

 

Saturday, August 26

10:09 am: Medical – The ambulance responded to a medical emergency on Washington Street. The individual refused transport and a signed waiver was obtained.

11:09 am: Medical – The ambulance responded to a medical emergency on Christopher Road. A resident was transported to Milford Regional Medical Center.

1:11 pm: Medical – The ambulance responded to a medical emergency on Summer Street. A resident was transported to Milford Regional Medical Center.

11:00 pm: Investigation – Weekend Duty Officer Deputy Jim Moore investigated an alarm activation on Central Street.

 

Sunday, August 27

7:12 am: Medical – The ambulance responded to a medical emergency on High Rock Road. No EMS was required.

4:39 pm: Medical – The ambulance and paramedics from Fallon EMS responded to a medical emergency on Garett Way. A resident was transported to MetroWest Medical Center, Framingham.

 

Monday, August 28

7:00 am: Assistance Call - Chief Michael Cassidy and EMT Matson responded to an assistance call on Cedar Street.

7:40 am: Medical – The ambulance responded to a medical emergency on Cedar Street. A resident was transported to Milford Regional Medical Center.

9:50 am: Medical – The ambulance and paramedics from AMR responded to a medical emergency on Cross Street. A Milford resident was transported to Milford Regional Medical Center.

12:10 pm: Medical – The ambulance and paramedics from Fallon EMS responded to a medical emergency on South Street. A resident was transported to MetroWest Medical Center, Framingham.

1:40 pm: Assistance Call – The ambulance responded to an assistance call on Summer Street.

8:40 pm: Investigation – Chief Michel Cassidy investigated an odor on Highland Street.

 

Tuesday, August 29

12:25 am: Medical – The ambulance responded to a medical emergency on Mechanic Street. The individual refused transport and a signed waiver was obtained.

6:20 am: Investigation – Chief Michael Cassidy investigated an alarm activation on Underwood Street.

10:10 am: Investigation – Chief Michael Cassidy investigated a gas leak on Jerrold Street.

4:49 pm: Medical – The ambulance responded to a medical emergency on Gorwin Drive. A resident was transported to MetroWest Medical Center, Framingham.

 

Wednesday, August 30

9:23 pm: Medical – The ambulance responded to a medical emergency on Summer Street. A resident was transported to Milford Regional Medical Center.

 

Thursday, August 31

1:40 am: Medical – The ambulance responded to a medical emergency on Summer Street. A resident was transported to Milford Regional Medical Center.

9:22 am: Medical – The ambulance and paramedics from Alert Ambulance responded to a medical emergency on Elm Street. A resident was transported to Milford Regional Medical Center.

11:20 am: Medical – The ambulance responded to a medical emergency on Silver Lane. A resident was transported to Newton-Wellesley Hospital.

1:15 pm: Medical – The ambulance responded to a medical emergency on Elm Street. A resident was transported to Milford Regional Medical Center.

2:39 pm: Station Coverage – Engine 2 responded mutual aid to Hopkinton for station coverage at their Main Street station while crews were battling a 2-alarm structure fire on Wood Street.

5:25 pm: Investigation – Chief Michael Cassidy and Engine 1 investigated a faulty appliance on Central Street.
