Winter Parking Ban in Effect - No Street Parking Between 1 AM to 5 AM

This Subaru, above, came to rest in front of the Northeastern Publishing offices on Central while the Kia, below, stopped in the parking lot of Casey's on Railroad. The Subaru driver from Franklin was happy that there were no apparent injuries. Officers Hagan and Downey investigated.
