Friday, October 20

4:12 am: Medical – The ambulance responded to a medical alarm on Ashland Street. The alarm activation was unintentional. No EMS was required.

4:19 am: Medical – An ambulance from Hopkinton Fire responded to a medical emergency on Washington Street. A resident was transported to Milford Regional Medical Center.

8:58 am: Medical – The ambulance responded to a medical emergency on High Street. A resident was transported to Milford Regional Medical Center.

10:20 am: Investigation – Deputies Jim Moore and Mark Dellicker investigated an alarm activation on Hollis Street.

10:20 am: Investigation – Chief Michael Cassidy investigated an alarm activation on Hollis Street.

 

Saturday, October 21

12:57 am: Medical – The ambulance and paramedics from Fallon EMS responded to a medical emergency on Chamberlain Street. A resident was transported to MetroWest Medical Center, Framingham.

3:10 pm: Investigation – Deputies Jim Moore and Mark Dellicker, and Firefighter Brian Kramer in Forest Fire 1 investigated smoldering mulch on Lowland Street.

3:30 pm: Assistance Call – Deputy Mark Dellicker, Weekend Duty Officer Lieutenant John Gagnon and the ambulance responded to an assistance call on Union Street.

6:58 pm: Investigation – Weekend Duty Officer Lieutenant John Gagnon, Firefighter Brian Kramer and Engine 4 responded to illegal burning on Highland Street.

 

Sunday, October 22

3:40 am: Medical – The ambulance responded to a medical emergency on Marshall Street. A resident was transported to MetroWest Medical Center, Framingham.

5:57 pm: Medical – The ambulance responded to a medical emergency on Underwood Street. A resident was transported to MetroWest Medical Center, Natick.

 

Monday, October 23

9:25 am: Medical – An ambulance from Medway Fire responded to a medical emergency on Summer Street. A resident was transported to Milford Regional Medical Center.

9:45 am: Medical – An ambulance from Alert Ambulance responded to a medical on Summer Street. A resident was transported to Milford Regional Medical Center.

9:02 pm: Medical – The ambulance responded to a medical emergency on Wedgewood Drive. A resident was transported to MetroWest Medical Center, Framingham.

 

 

Tuesday, October 24

5:30 am: Investigation – Deputy Mark Dellicker investigated an alarm activation on Mohawk Path.

9:05 am: Medical – The ambulance and paramedics from AMR responded to a medical emergency on Turner Road. A resident was transported to MetroWest Medical Center, Framingham.

9:16 am: Medical – An ambulance from Medway Fire responded to a medical emergency on Marked Tree Road. A resident was transported to MetroWest Medical Center, Framingham.

10:15 am: Investigation – Deputy Jim Moore investigated alarm trouble on Mitchell Road.

10:45 am: Investigation – Deputy Jim Moore investigated an electrical hazard on Chamberlain Street.

7:04 pm: Medical – The ambulance responded to a medical emergency on Morgans Way. The individual refused transport and a signed waiver was obtained.

 

Wednesday, October 25

8:35 am: Medical – The ambulance and paramedics from Fallon EMS responded to a medical emergency on Travis Road. A resident was transported to MetroWest Medical Center, Framingham.

1:25 pm: Investigation – Deputy Jim Moore investigated an alarm activation on Washington Street.

5:50 pm: Medical – The ambulance responded to a medical emergency on Adams Street. A resident was transported to Milford Regional Medical Center.

 

Thursday, October 26

12:15 pm: Investigation – Deputy Jim Moore investigated an alarm activation on Bartzak Drive.

12:35 pm: Investigation – Deputy investigated an electrical hazard on Louis Street.

3:50 pm: Investigation – Deputy Jim Moore investigated an alarm activation on Pine Oak Road.

4:06 pm: Investigation – Deputy Jim Moore investigated an alarm activation on Prentice Street.

7:13 pm: Medical – The ambulance responded to a medical emergency on Pilgrim Road. A resident was transported to Boston Children’s Hospital.

10:18 pm: Medical – The ambulance responded to a medical emergency on Regency Drive. A resident was transported to MetroWest Medical Center, Natick.
