In 2016, he was inducted into the New England Hot Rod Hall of Fame in Epping, NH. Richard was an innovator, one of his most noted creations was the self made titanium bolts he custom made for the engine of his ’69 orange Corvette. Private services will be held with family. In lieu of flowers, donations in Richard’s memory may be made to Leukemia and Lymphoma Society, 9 Erie Dr. Natick, MA 01760 or lls.org or to a Racing Charity of one’s choice.
