Friday, October 27

7:45 am: Investigation - Deputy Jim Moore investigated a transformer fire on Concord Street.

10:25 am: Medical – The ambulance responded to a medical emergency on Woodland Street. The individual refused transport and a signed waiver was obtained.

12:32 pm: Medical – The ambulance and paramedics from Fallon EMS responded to a medical emergency on Norfolk Lane. A resident was transported to MetroWest Medical Center, Framingham.

12:43 pm: Medical – An ambulance from Ashland Fire responded to a medical emergency on Dunster Road. A resident was transported to Milford Regional Medical Center.

2:20 pm: Motor Vehicle Crash – The ambulance responded to a motor vehicle crash on Hollis Street. An individual was transported to Milford Regional Medical Center.

3:20 pm: Medical – The ambulance responded to a medical emergency on School Street. The individual refused transport and a signed waiver was obtained.

5:17 pm: Medical – The ambulance responded to a medical emergency on Bayberry Lane. A resident was transported to MetroWest Medical Center, Framingham.

6:14 pm: Medical – The ambulance responded to a medical emergency on Summer Street. A resident was transported to Milford Regional Medical Center.

10:28 pm: Medical – The ambulance responded to a medical emergency on David Street. A resident was transported to MetroWest Medical Center, Framingham.

 

Saturday, October 28

8:45 am: Medical – The ambulance responded to a medical emergency on Washington Street. A resident was transported to MetroWest Medical Center, Framingham.

10:40 am: Motor Vehicle Crash – The ambulance responded to a motor vehicle crash on Mayflower Landing.

1:47 pm: Investigation – Weekend Duty Officer Captain Kenneth Fisher investigated illegal burning on Winston Road.

7:06 pm: Chimney Fire – Deputy Jim Moore, Weekend Duty Officer Captain Kenneth Fisher, Ladder 1, and Engines 2 and 3 responded to a reported chimney fire on Brook Street.

 

Sunday, October 29

5:35 am: Medical – The ambulance responded to a medical emergency on Marilyn Street. A resident was transported to Milford Regional Medical Center.

6:54 pm: Investigation –Weekend Duty Officer Captain Kenneth Fisher and Firefighter Ken Fisher investigated an alarm activation on Mohawk Path.

10:48 pm: Investigation – Weekend Duty Officer Captain Kenneth Fisher and Firefighter Ken Fisher investigated an alarm activation on Wilkins Road.

11:42 pm: Investigation – Weekend Duty Officer Captain Kenneth Fisher and Engine 1 investigated an oil burner malfunction on School Street.

11:53 pm: Investigation - Deputies Mark Dellicker and Jim Moore investigated an electrical hazard on Highland Street.

 

Monday, October 30

12:00 am: Medical –The ambulance responded to a medical emergency on Summer Street. No EMS was required.

12:10 am: Assistance Call – The ambulance and Engine 1 responded to an assistance call on Summer Street.

12:25 am: Investigation – Weekend Duty Officer Captain Kenneth Fisher and Engine 1 investigated an electrical hazard on Cottage Street.

12:46 am: Investigation – Engine 1 investigated an electrical hazard on Cottage Street.

12:48 am: Investigation – Deputy Mark Dellicker and Captain James McGowan investigated an alarm activation on Richard Road.

12:56 am: Investigation – Weekend Duty Officer Kenneth Fisher and Engine 1 investigated an electrical hazard on Birch Road

1:32 am: Investigation – Weekend Duty Officer Captain Kenneth Fisher and Firefighter Ken Fisher investigated an alarm activation on Dalton Road.

2:24 am: Structure Fire – The fire department and the ambulance responded to a house fire on Mill Street.

10:19 am: Medical – The ambulance and paramedics from AMR responded to a medical emergency on Stagecoach Road. A resident was transported to MetroWest Medical Center, Framingham.

11:56 am: Investigation – Deputy Jim Moore investigated an activation on Lowland Street.

1:05 pm: Medical – The ambulance responded to a medical emergency on South Street. A resident was transported to Milford Regional Medical Center.

1:19 pm: Investigation – Deputy Jim Moore investigated an electrical hazard on Birch Road.

1:43 pm: Medical – An ambulance from Fallon EMS responded to a medical emergency on Elm Street. A resident was transported to Milford Regional Medical Center.

2:05 pm: Investigation – Deputy Jim Moore investigated an electrical hazard on Regal Street.

4:16 pm: Investigation – Deputies Mark Dellicker and Jim Moore investigated a downed tree on Union Street.

 

Tuesday, October 31

8:52 am: HazMat – The fire department, the ambulance and the Massachusetts Department of Fire Services’ Regional HazMat Team responded to a Tier 1 hazardous material incident on Hollis Street.

8:55 am: Investigation - Deputy Mark Dellicker investigated an alarm activation on Central Street.

5:57 pm: Medical – The ambulance responded to a medical emergency on Hollis Street. A resident was transported to Milford Regional Medical Center.

 

Wednesday, November 1

1:06 am: Medical – The ambulance and paramedics from Fallon EMS responded to a medical emergency on Wingate Road. A resident was transported to MetroWest Medical Center, Framingham.

2:51 am: Medical – The ambulance and paramedics from Community EMS responded to a medical emergency on Dunster Road. A resident was transported to Milford Regional Medical Center.

8:00 am: Medical – The ambulance and paramedics from Fallon EMS responded to a medical emergency on Dunster Road. A resident was transported to Milford Regional Medical Center.

1:00 pm: Medical – The ambulance responded to a medical on Maple Dell Lane. A resident was transported to MetroWest Medical Center, Framingham.

4:46 pm Medical – The ambulance responded to a medical emergency on High Rock Road. No EMS was required.

4:56 pm: Medical – An ambulance from Medway Fire responded to a medical emergency on Washington Street. The response was cancelled - no EMS was required.

 

Thursday, November 2

1:58 am: Medical – The ambulance and paramedics from Fallon EMS responded to a medical emergency on Webster Drive. A resident was transported to MetroWest Medical Center, Framingham.

5:32 am: Medical – The ambulance responded to a medical emergency on Marilyn Street. A resident was transported to MetroWest Medical Center, Framingham.

8:15 am: Investigation – Deputy Jim Moore and Engine 4 investigated an alarm activation on Summer Street.

1:25 pm: Investigation – Deputy Jim Moore investigated an alarm activation on Washington Street.
