Authentic Auto Body Thriving in Holliston

by Paul Saulnier
November 30, 2017

Authentic Auto Body, in space formerly occupied by Holliston Auto Body, 229 Lowland Street, is owned and operated by Steven Proia who brings over 15 years of experience in the auto body industry from working on the floor to managing the office and becoming a fully licensed auto damage appraiser.

Authentic Auto Body's fully trained and licensed staff provides a full range of services, from pick up and drop off services from your home, work or school completely free of charge, a complimentary interior/exterior detail with every insurance job that comes in, and free towing for collision repairs with Steve's other business, Holliston Towing, pictured. Visit hollistontowing.com for more information.

Steven Proia is a licensed appraiser. Steve provides a full range of services, from picking up your vehicle with his towing company, Holliston Towing, negotiating on your behalf with the insurance company, obtaining a rental for you until the repairs are complete, picking you up and dropping you off, and will completely detail your vehicle before he returns it to you.

Steve Proia's fiancé and Authentic's Office Manager, Gabrielle, handles the claim process so customers don't have to deal with the hassle, sets up rentals, and keeps customers updated throughout the repair process. Gabrielle is currently studying to also become a licensed appraiser.

No job is too big or too small for Authentic Auto Body. Steve is preparing the pickup truck above for a complete respray in his state-of-the-art paint booth, pictured below.

Authentic Auto Body also participates in a nationwide program launched in 2011 called Wheels to Prosper. This program awards a fully inspected, fully repaired car to a deserving individual, helping that person get back on his or her feet again.
