Friday, November 10

12:44 am: Medical – The ambulance and paramedics from Fallon EMS responded to a medical emergency on Washington Street. A resident was transported to MetroWest Medical Center, Framingham.

4:19 am: Medical – The ambulance responded to a medical emergency on Cold Spring Road. A resident was transported to MetroWest Medical Center, Framingham.

9:40 am: Medical – The ambulance and paramedics from Fallon EMS responded to a medical emergency on Central Street. A resident was transported to MetroWest Medical Center, Natick.

1:00 pm: Medical – The ambulance and paramedics from Alert Ambulance responded to a medical emergency on Summer Street. A resident was transported to Milford Regional Medical Center.

1:35 pm: Investigation – Chief Michael Cassidy investigated an alarm activation on Washington Street.

3:15 pm: Medical – The ambulance responded to a medical emergency on Norfolk Street. A resident was transported to MetroWest Medical Center, Framingham.

4:05 pm: Medical – The ambulance responded to a medical emergency on South Street. A resident was transported to Milford Regional Medical Center.

 

Saturday, November 11

2:24 am: Investigation – Weekend Duty Officers Captain Tim Costello and Firefighter Rich Coughlin investigated an alarm activation on Mohawk Path.

6:54 am: Medical – The ambulance responded to a medical emergency on Washington Street. A resident was transported to MetroWest Medical Center, Framingham.

1:22 pm: Medical – The ambulance responded to a medical emergency on High Street. A resident was transported to Milford Regional Medical Center.

3:23 pm: Investigation – Weekend Duty Officers Captain Tim Costello and Firefighter Rich Coughlin investigated a water problem on Irving Street.

5:15 pm: Medical – The ambulance responded to a medical emergency on Hollis Street. Two individuals refused transport and signed waivers were obtained.

9:44 pm: Medical – The ambulance responded to a medical emergency on Hollis Street. The individual refused transport and a signed waiver was obtained.

9:57 pm: Medical – The ambulance and paramedics from Fallon EMS responded to a medical emergency on Winter Street. A resident was transported to MetroWest Medical Center, Framingham.

10:03 pm: Investigation – Weekend Duty Officers Captain Tim Costello and Firefighter Rich Coughlin investigated an alarm activation on Wingate Road.

 

 

 

Sunday, November 12                             

11:15 am: Medical – The ambulance and paramedics from Fallon EMS responded to a medical emergency on Donna Road. A resident was transported to MetroWest Medical Center, Framingham.

3:53 pm: Medical – The ambulance responded to a medical emergency on Spruce Street. A resident was transported to Milford Regional Medical Center.

 

Monday, November 13

10:50 am: Medical – The ambulance responded to a medical emergency on Cedar Street. A resident was transported to MetroWest Medical Center, Framingham.

 

Tuesday, November 14

2:40 pm: Motor Vehicle Crash – The ambulance responded to a motor vehicle crash on Washington Street. There were no injuries.

4:42 pm: Medical – The ambulance and paramedics from Fallon EMS responded to a medical emergency on Juniper Road. A resident was transported to Newton Wellesley Hospital.

3:35 am: Assistance Call – The ambulance responded to an assistance call on Goulding Street.

 

Thursday, November 16

6:05 am: Investigation – Chief Michael Cassidy investigated an alarm activation on Washington Street.

6:23 am: Truck Fire – Chief Michael Cassidy, Deputy Mark Dellicker, Engine 2 and Engine 4 responded to a truck fire on Washington Street.

5:48 pm: Medical – The ambulance responded to a medical emergency on Marked Tree Road. A resident was transported to MetroWest Medical Center, Natick.

11:03 pm: Medical – The ambulance and paramedics from Fallon EMS responded to a medical emergency on Indian Ridge Road South. A resident was transported to MetroWest Medical Center, Framingham.
