Friday, November 17

3:46 pm: Medical – The ambulance responded to a medical emergency on Pond View Road. The individual refused transport and a signed waiver was obtained.

 

Saturday, November 18

2:38 am: Motor Vehicle Crash – The ambulance responded to a motor vehicle crash on Washington Street. Three individuals were transported to MetroWest Medical Center, Framingham.

7:52 am: Medical – The ambulance and paramedics from Fallon EMS responded to a medical emergency on Meadowbrook Lane. A resident was transported to Milford Regional Medical Center.

9:48 am: Medical – The ambulance responded to a medical emergency on South Street. No EMS was required.

11:18 am: Medical – The ambulance and paramedics from Fallon EMS responded to a medical emergency on Washington Street. A resident was transported to MetroWest Medical Center, Framingham.

4:32 pm: Motor Vehicle Crash - The ambulance responded to a medical emergency on Washington Street. There were no injuries.

 

Sunday, November 19

2:28 pm: Investigation – Deputy Mark Dellicker, Weekend Duty Officers Lieutenant Sean Irr and Firefighter Jay Marcoldi, and E3 investigated a smoke condition on Hollis Street.

5:25 pm: Medical – The ambulance responded to a medical emergency on Spring Street. A resident was transported to MetroWest Medical Center, Framingham.

5:52 pm: Medical – The backup ambulance and paramedics from Fallon EMS responded to a medical emergency on Central Street. A resident was transported to MetroWest Medical Center, Framingham.

 

Monday, November 20

2:43 pm: Medical – The ambulance responded to a medical emergency on Jeffrey Avenue. A resident was transported to MetroWest Medical Center, Framingham.

6:15 pm: Medical – The ambulance and paramedics from Fallon EMS responded to a medical emergency on Alden Road. A resident was transported to MetroWest Medical Center, Framingham.

 

Tuesday, November 21

5:00 pm: Investigation – Chief Michael Cassidy investigated an electrical hazard on Cottage Street.

 

Wednesday, November 22

3:28 am: Medical – The ambulance and paramedics from Fallon EMS responded to a medical emergency on Stony Brook Drive. A resident was transported to MetroWest Medical Center, Framingham.

6:00 am: Assistance Call – The ambulance responded to an assistance call on South Street.

1:05 pm: Medical – The ambulance responded to a medical emergency on South Street.  A resident was transported to MetroWest Medical Center, Natick.

1:15 pm: Investigation – Chief Michael Cassidy investigated alarm trouble on Marilyn Street.

7:11 pm: Investigation – Chief Michael Cassidy and Deputy Mark Dellicker investigated an alarm activation on Washington Street.

7:17 pm: Medical – The ambulance responded to a medical emergency on Evergreen Road.  The individual refused transport and a signed waiver was obtained.

10:15 pm: Assistance Call – Chief Michael Cassidy and the ambulance responded to an assistance call on Hollis Street.

 

Thursday, November 23

7:17 am: Medical – The ambulance and paramedics from Events EMS responded to a medical emergency on Elm Street.  A resident was transported to MetroWest Medical Center, Framingham.

3:59 pm: Medical – The ambulance and paramedics from Community EMS responded to a medical emergency on Hemlock Drive.  A resident was transported to Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center.

7:20 pm: Investigation – Chief Michael Cassidy investigated an alarm activation on Oak Street.
