Friday, December 15

12:49 am: Medical – The ambulance and paramedics from Alert Ambulance responded to a medical emergency on Marked Tree Road.  A resident was transported to MetroWest Medical Center, Framingham.

8:25 am: Medical – The ambulance and paramedics from Fallon EMS responded to a medical emergency on Washington Street.  A resident was transported to Milford Regional Medical Center.

8:40 am: Investigation – Deputy Jim Moore investigated an odor on Everett Street.  Eversource Gas was notified.

12:50 pm: Medical – The ambulance responded to a medical emergency on Norfolk Street.  A resident was transported to MetroWest Medical Center, Framingham.

2:39 pm: Investigation – Chief Michael Cassidy investigated an odor on Kingsbury Drive.

4:04 pm: Investigation – Chief Michael Cassidy investigated a suspicious device on Cross Street.  The Massachusetts State Police Bomb Squad was notified.

5:02 pm: Investigation – Weekend Duty Officer Captain James McGowan investigated an alarm activation on South Street.

5:52 pm: Medical – The ambulance responded to a medical emergency on Washington Street.  A resident was transported to MetroWest Medical Center, Framingham.

6:24 pm: Medical – The ambulance responded to a medical emergency on South Street. A resident was transported to UMass Memorial Medical Center, University Campus in Worcester.

9:34 pm: Medical – The ambulance and paramedics from Fallon EMS responded to a medical on Shaw Farm Road.  A resident was transported to MetroWest Medical Center, Natick.

 

Saturday, December 16

1:12 pm: Investigation – Chief Michael Cassidy, Weekend Duty Officer Captain James McGowan, and Engines 2 and 4 investigated a burst pipe on Underwood Street.

8:27 pm: Medical – The ambulance responded to a medical emergency on Concord Street.  The individual refused transport and a signed waiver was obtained.

9:53 pm: Medical – The ambulance and paramedics from Alert Ambulance responded to a medical emergency on Union Street. A resident was transported to MetroWest Medical Center, Framingham.

 

Sunday, December 17

3:55 am: Medical – The ambulance and paramedics from Fallon EMS responded to a medical emergency on Church Place.  A resident was transported to MetroWest Medical Center, Framingham.

6:48 am: Medical – The ambulance responded to a medical emergency on Marked Tree Road.  A resident was transported to MetroWest Medical Center, Framingham.

1:07 pm: Medical – The ambulance and paramedics from Community EMS responded to a medical emergency on Hollis Street. A Mendon resident was transported to Milford Regional Medical Center.

6:30 pm: Medical – The ambulance and paramedics from Fallon EMS responded to a medical emergency on Rich Road.  A resident was transported to Milford Regional Medical Center.

7:00 pm: Medical – The backup ambulance responded to a medical emergency on Wedgewood Drive.  A resident was transported to Milford Regional Medical Center.

 

Monday, December 18

1:12 am: Medical – The ambulance responded to a medical emergency on Washington Street.  A resident was transported to MetroWest Medical Center, Framingham.

10:28 am: Investigation – Chief Michael Cassidy investigated a burst sprinkler pipe on Washington Street.

6:17 pm: Medical – The ambulance responded to a medical emergency on Stagecoach Road.  A resident was transported to MetroWest Medical Center, Natick.

7:59 pm: Structure Fire – The fire department responded to a house fire on Pearl Street.  The ambulance also stood by at the scene.  Eversource Electric and Gas were both notified.

 

Tuesday, December 19

6:55 am: Investigation – Chief Michael Cassidy investigated alarm trouble on Overlook Drive. 

8:07 am: Investigation – Chief Michael Cassidy investigated an alarm activation on Washington Street.

8:33 am: Medical – The ambulance and paramedics from Alert Ambulance responded to a medical emergency on South Street. A resident was transported to Milford Regional Medical Center.

9:16 am: Motor Vehicle Crash – EMT Michael Quintin responded to a motor vehicle crash on Washington Street.  The individual refused transport and a signed waiver was obtained.

 

Wednesday, December 20

4:40 am: Medical – The ambulance responded to a medical emergency on Prospect Street.  A resident was transported to MetroWest Medical Center, Framingham.

 

Thursday, December 21

6:32 am: Medical – The ambulance and paramedics from Fallon EMS responded to a medical emergency on Regency Drive. A resident was transported to MetroWest Medical Center, Framingham.

10:52 am: Investigation – Chief Michael Cassidy investigated an alarm activation on Washington Street.
