Pamela Watson-Hogan

by Chesmore Funeral Home
December 27, 2017

Pamela Watson–Hogan of Holliston, MA passed away surrounded by her loving family on December 26, 2017.  She was born in Boston Massachusetts, the daughter of Cynthia and the late Thomas Watson.  On August 18, 1984, she married Patrick Watson-Hogan in Camden, Maine.  They celebrated 33 years together this past summer.

Pamela is also survived by her three children; Caroline Penzias of North Carolina, Andrew Watson-Hogan and his fiancée Emmelia Monahogios of New York and Ethan Watson-Hogan of Florida; her grandson, Caleb Penzias and her sister, Allison Watson of Framingham, MA.  She will be dearly missed by her sisters-in-law, Helen Hogan of Burlington, VT, Kathleen Danehey (Charles) of Hopewell Jct., NY, Bridget Hogan Cole (Brian) of Valencia, CA and her brothers-in-law, Arthur Hogan (Eileen) of Duxbury, MA, Michael Hogan (Monica) of Hingham, MA and Brendan Hogan (Anne) of Barre, VT.

Pamela attended Northfield Mount Hermon where she made many lifelong friends.  She graduated from the University of Vermont and received a MBA from Columbia University. Pamela spent many years fundraising and grant writing for museums and non-profits in New York and Boston. Later she ran a successful consulting business specializing in non-profit management.

Pamela had a wonderful curiosity about people and the world around her.  She found pleasure in her gardening, photography and travel. She was a charming conversationalist who truly cared for and listened to family and friends.  Pamela’s greatest joy and pride came from her three children’s accomplishments and especially her adored grandson, “little man.”  Pamela was a loving aunt to many nieces and nephews and would often spend afternoons traveling to their activities and events.

A memorial ceremony will be held Saturday, December 30th at 10:00 am at the First Congregational Church of Holliston, 725 Washington St, Holliston, MA 01746. In lieu of flowers, please consider a donation to North Field Mount Hermon Gift Recording Office, Norton House, One Lamplighter Way, Mount Hermon, MA 01354. Arrangements are under the care of the Chesmore funeral Home of Holliston. www.ChesmoreFuneralHome.com
