Top 10 things to do during the Fire & Ice Trail Walk

Saturday, February 24th 5:00 – 8:00 PM

Top 10 things to do during the Fire & Ice Trail Walk

  1. Spanning the 1.25+ trail distance – from Blair Square (Central Street) to Cross Street (behind Phillips 66 gas station) – visit the 34 fire pits during your stroll to visit neighbors and friends
  2. Stop by the tent in Blair Square for your chance to ‘guess how many jellybeans’ for your chance to win a Fiske’s gift certificate, or the tent on Cross Street for lots of bubbles
  3. The Big Biscuit Bakery in Franklin will have dog treats for trail walkers to bring to their pets (please leave your furry friends at home)
  4. Find Tina from TC Scoops near the Arch Street bridge for a fire & ice treat
  5. Stop by the StoryWalk on Cross Street to read a fun children’s book and warm yourself by the fire
  6. Discover the multiple smore’s stations along the trail
  7. Make your way to Phipps tunnel for complimentary hot dogs & hot chocolate
  8. Say hello to the community groups hosting firepits - Diverse Holliston, Children of the American Revolution, and the Mount Hollis Masonic Lodge
  9. Enter for a chance to win passes to the spring Touch-a-Truck and Princess & Superhero Party events at the Holliston Newcomers firepit
  10. This is a free community event – but donations are welcome at the Blair Square and Cross Street tents. All funds go directly back to maintaining and improving Holliston’s Rail Trail. Thank you for your support!
