Richard Kampersal at 90

Richard John Kampersal, 90, a lifelong resident of Holliston and son of Rein and Mildred (Kairit), died Saturday, May 26, 2018. 

Richard was a 1945 graduate of Holliston High School and went on to serve in the U.S. Army.  In 1949 he married the love of his life, Elinor (Stevens) who survives him.  Richard is also survived by his daughters, Cynthia Robshaw and her husband Everett, and Susan Bertolino, both of Holliston, his siblings, Donald Kampersal, George Kampersal and Dorothy Kampersal, his grandchildren, Jennifer Taylor and Jason and Justin Ferdenzi, five great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews. 

Family and friends are welcome to attend Richard’s funeral service on Saturday, June 2nd at the First Congregational Church, 725 Washington St., Holliston at 11:00 a.m.  Interment will follow at Lake Grove Cemetery, Holliston. 

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Richard’s name to: Ambulance Gift Account of Holliston Fire Dept., 59 Central St., Holliston, MA 01746.

Holliston Senior Center July & August Information

A very special Thank You goes to Herb Chambers of Westborough for their very generous donation of a new 2018 Ford Escape to be used by the Senior Center and Veterans Services of Holliston. This vehicle will enable both agencies to transport members to appointments that are not normally covered by the existing transportation resources.
