Signs of Summer: Holliston Lions Carnival is Here. Details below.

Second Holliston in Bloom Award of the Season

by Bobby Blair
June 9, 2018

Holliston Cleaners takes home a ribbon, the 2nd presented by Holliston in Bloom for the Spring season. What caught our judges eye was the early plantings. The front of the business is neat and clean and while some new bark mulch and maybe a half barrel or two in front of the window baskets would finish this display, we give the owners an A for effort.

Next week, we will announce another award. It could be in any neighborhood, a business or residence, with flowers or no flowers at all. We look for gardens that are inviting with curb appeal, put a pretty face on the property and help to beautify our community.

You can submit a nomination for a display that you like at http://www.hollistoninbloom.org/events.html and a member of HIB will check it out. Thanks!

And p.s., it does NOT have to have flowers…
