Friday, June 8

6:37 pm: Medical Alarm – The ambulance responded to a medical alarm activation on Hollis Street. The response was cancelled prior to arrival.

7:23 pm: Investigation – Weekend Duty Officer Lieutenant John Gagnon investigated a water problem on Westfield Drive.

9:00 pm: Medical Alarm – The ambulance responded to a medical alarm activation on Hollis Street. The response was cancelled prior to arrival.

9:23 pm: Medical – The ambulance responded to a medical emergency on Exchange Street. A Medway resident was transported to MetroWest Medical Center, Framingham.

 

Saturday, June 9

7:26 am: Investigation – Weekend Duty Officer Lieutenant John Gagnon and firefighter Phil Robshaw investigated an odor on Briarcliff Lane.

9:40 am: Medical – The ambulance responded to a medical emergency on Copper Lane. The individual refused transport and a signed waiver was obtained.

1:12 pm: Motor Vehicle Crash – The ambulance responded to a motor vehicle crash on Highland Street. One individual was transported to MetroWest Medical Center, Framingham.

3:59 pm: Investigation – Weekend Duty Officer Lieutenant John Gagnon and Forest Fire 2 responded to an outside fire on Forest Park Drive.

4:19 pm: Investigation – Weekend Duty Officer John Gagnon investigated a water problem on Winter Street.

8:55 pm: Motor Vehicle Crash – Weekend Duty Officer Lieutenant John Gagnon, the ambulance and paramedics from Alert Ambulance responded to a motor vehicle crash on Washington Street. One individual was transported to a landing zone on South Street which had been secured by Chief Michael Cassidy and Engine 4, where patient care was transferred to the crew of Boston MedFlight for transport to Tufts Medical Center. The backup ambulance also responded to the crash scene, and transported one individual to UMass Memorial Medical Center, University Campus in Worcester.

10:13 pm: Medical – The ambulance and paramedics from Fallon EMS responded to a medical emergency on Elm Street. A Framingham resident was transported to MetroWest Medical Center, Framingham.

10:17 pm: Investigation – Chief Michael Cassidy and Weekend Duty Officer Lieutenant John Gagnon investigated an electrical problem on Woodland Street.

10:40 pm: Medical – Weekend Duty Officer John Gagnon and an ambulance from Sherborn Fire responded to a medical emergency on Hollis Street. A resident was transported to Milford Regional Medical Center.

 

Sunday, June 10

5:30 am: Medical – The ambulance responded to a medical emergency on Norland Street. A resident was transported to MetroWest Medical Center, Framingham.

8:43 am: Assistance Call – Weekend Duty Officer John Gagnon responded to an assistance call on Goulding Street.

10:55 am: Medial – The ambulance responded to a medical emergency on Highland Street. The individual refused transport and a signed waiver was obtained.

2:44 pm: Medical – The ambulance responded to a medical emergency on Willowgate Rise. The individual refused transport and a signed waiver was obtained.

3:30 pm: Investigation – Weekend Duty Officer Lieutenant John Gagnon investigated illegal burning on Norland Street.

11:09 pm: Medical – The ambulance and paramedics from Fallon EMS responded to a medical emergency on Summer Street. A resident was transported to MetroWest Medical Center, Framingham.

 

Monday, June 11

9:55 am: Investigation – Chief Michael Cassidy investigated an alarm activation on Chamberlain Street.

10:35 am: Direct Alarm – The fire department responded to a fire alarm activation on Summer Street.

2:10 pm: Medical – The ambulance and paramedics from Fallon EMS responded to a medical emergency on Elm Street. A Milford resident was transported to Milford Regional Medical Center.

 

Tuesday, June 12

7:25 am: Investigation – Chief Michael Cassidy investigated an alarm activation on Washington Street.

9:05 am: Mutual Aid - The ambulance responded to a motor vehicle crash on Maple Street in Sherborn. The response was cancelled prior to arrival.

4:58 pm: Motor Vehicle Crash – The ambulance responded to a motor vehicle crash on Central Street. There were no injuries; several signed waivers were obtained.

5:14 pm: Medical – An ambulance from Ashland Fire responded to a medical emergency on Roy Avenue. A resident was transported to MetroWest Medical Center, Framingham.

 

Wednesday, June 13

2:30 pm: Medical – The ambulance responded to a medical emergency on Hollis Street.  A resident was transported to MetroWest Medical Center, Framingham.

6:35 pm: Medical – The ambulance responded to a medical emergency on Exchange Street. A resident was transported to MetroWest Medical Center, Natick.

 

Thursday, June 14

5:16 am: Medical – The ambulance responded to a medical emergency on Cranberry Lane. A resident was transported to MetroWest Medical Center, Framingham.

2:24 pm: Medical – The ambulance responded to a medical emergency on Westfield Drive. A resident was transported to MetroWest Medical Center, Framingham.

2:56 pm: Investigation – Chief Michael Cassidy investigated an odor on Washington Street.
