Kids Yoga returns to Prana

by Roberta Weiner
August 18, 2018

So excited to be offering a children's yoga class this fall. I've been teaching the  kids Yoga all summer at camp, and some of them asked to continue in the fall.

I started Yoga in my teens and wish I had started earlier! Yoga benefits children in so many ways. They learn techniques to:

  • Reduce stress and anxiety through breathwork and healthy movement
  • Build focus and concentration through balancing and mind-body practices
  • Boost self-confidence and a healthy body image
  • So much more - keep reading here ...

Love to have your child join me!

PS I love this photo of two of our awesome former Kids Yoga students, taken several years ago.

While on a trip to England, I kept an eye out for interesting doors. I found some doors which are truly works of art, many of which have stood the test of time and looked better because of it..
