12:18 am: Medical – The ambulance responded to a medical emergency on South Street. A resident was transported to Milford Regional Medical Center.

1:23 pm: Medical – The ambulance responded to a medical emergency on Hollis Street. No EMS was required.

8:03 pm: Investigation – Weekend Duty Officers Captain John Murphy and Firefighter Brian Grace investigated alarm trouble on Washington Street.


Saturday, September 29

9:21 am: Medical – An ambulance from Sherborn Fire responded to a medical emergency on Temi Road. A resident was transported to Milford Regional Medical Center.

10:51 am: Medical – An ambulance with paramedics from Medway Fire responded to a medical emergency on Elm Street. A resident was transported to Milford Regional Medical Center.
 

Sunday, September 30

10:07 am: Medical – The ambulance responded to a medical emergency on Hollis Street. A resident was transported to MetroWest Medical Center, Framingham.1:40 pm: Medical – The ambulance and paramedics from Fallon EMS responded to a medical emergency on Winchester Drive. A resident was transported to Brigham and Women’s Hospital, Boston. 

4:04 pm: Medical – The ambulance responded to a medical emergency on Summer Street. A resident was transported to Milford Regional Medical Center.

5:14 pm: Medical – The ambulance responded to a medical emergency on Washington Street. No EMS was required.

10:42 pm: Direct Alarm – The fire department responded to an alarm activation on Summer Street.

 

Monday, October 1

8:43 am: Motor Vehicle Crash – The ambulance responded to a motor vehicle crash on Washington Street. There were no injuries.

10:00 am: Investigation – Deputy Jim Moore investigated an alarm activation on Water Street.

11:05 am: Assistance Call – The ambulance responded to an assistance call on Prentice Street.

3:41 pm: Medical – The ambulance responded to a medical emergency on Washington Street. A resident was transported to Milford Regional Medical Center.

5:15 pm: Medical – The ambulance responded to a medical emergency on Washington Street. No EMS  was required.

6:05 pm: Medical – The ambulance and paramedics from Alert Ambulance responded to a medical emergency on Beatrice Lane. A resident was transported to Metro West Medical Center, Framingham.

11:51 pm: Medical – The ambulance and paramedics from Fallon EMS responded to a medical emergency on Hemlock Drive. A resident was transported to MetroWest Medical Center, Framingham. 


Tuesday, October 2

2:50 pm: Medical – The ambulance responded to a medical emergency on Highland Street. A resident was transported to MetroWest Medical Center, Framingham.3:31 pm: Assistance Call – Chief Michael Cassidy responded to an assistance call on Exchange Street.

6:30 am: Assistance Call – The ambulance responded to an assistance call on Monroe Drive.

5:16 pm: Medical – The ambulance responded to a medical emergency on Elm Street. A resident was transported to MetroWest Medical Center, Natick.

8:02 pm: Investigation – Chief Michael Cassidy investigated an alarm activation on Mohawk Path.


Thursday, October 4

3:44 am: Medical – The ambulance responded to a medical emergency on Cedar Street. A resident was transported to MetroWest Medical Center, Framingham.

5:14 am: Medical – The ambulance responded to a medical emergency on Hollis Street. A resident was transported to Milford Regional Medical Center.

5:20 am: Investigation – Chief Michael Cassidy investigated alarm trouble on Garett Way.

7:50 am: Medical – The ambulance responded to a medical emergency on Elm Street. A resident was transported to Milford Regional Medical Center.

10:10 am: Medical – Deputies Jim Moore and Mark Dellicker, Captain John Gagnon, and the ambulance responded to a medical emergency on Hollis Street. A resident was transported to MetroWest Medical Center, Framingham.

9:30 pm: Motor Vehicle Crash – The ambulance responded to a motor vehicle crash on Washington Street. One individual was transported to MetroWest Medical Center, Framingham. Two individuals refused transport; signed waivers were obtained.

10:47 pm: Motor Vehicle Crash – The ambulance responded to a motor vehicle crash on Winter Street. One individual was transported to Milford Regional Medical Center. Two individuals refused transport; signed waivers were obtained.
