Friday, October 12
10:39 am: Medical – The ambulance responded to a medical emergency on Turner Road. A resident was transported to MetroWest Medical Center, Framingham.

Saturday, October 13
3:55 am: Investigation – Weekend Duty Officer Deputy Mark Dellicker investigated an activation on Turner Road.

12:16 pm: Investigation – Weekend Duty Officer Deputy Mark Dellicker and Rescue 1 investigated an odor on Madison Drive.

5:32 pm: Investigation – Weekend Duty Officer Deputy Mark Dellicker investigated an odor on Washington Street.

7:12 pm: Medical – The ambulance responded to a medical emergency on Railroad Street. No EMS was required.

Sunday, October 14
1:39 pm: Medical – The ambulance responded to a medical emergency on Turner Road. A resident was transported to MetroWest Medical Center, Framingham.

8:53 pm: Medical – The ambulance responded to a medical emergency on Washington Street. The individual refused transport and a signed waiver was obtained.

11:11 pm: Motor Vehicle Crash – The ambulance responded to a motor vehicle crash on Westfield Drive. There were no injuries.

Monday, October 15
9:38 am: Assistance Call – The ambulance responded to an assistance call on Washington Street.

3:02 pm: Medical – The ambulance responded to a medical emergency on Woodland Street. A Rhode Island resident was transported to Milford Regional Medical Center.

11:33 pm: Medical – The ambulance responded to a medical emergency on Concord Street. A resident was transported to MetroWest Medical Center, Framingham.

Tuesday, October 16
3:46 am: Investigation – Chief Michael Cassidy investigated an alarm activation on Bradford Jay Road.

5:34 am: Medical – The ambulance responded to a medical emergency on Arch Street. A resident was transported to MetroWest Medical Center, Framingham.

10:10 am: Medical – The ambulance responded to a medical emergency on Norfolk Street. A resident was transported to MetroWest Medical Center, Natick.

10:55 am: Investigation – Chief Michael Cassidy investigated an alarm activation on Mohawk Path. The response was cancelled prior to arrival.

12:15 pm: Medical – The ambulance responded to a medical emergency on Kathryn Lane. A resident was transported to MetroWest Medical Center, Framingham.

7:40 pm: Medical – The ambulance and paramedics from Fallon EMS responded to a medical emergency on Pleasant Street. A resident was transported to MetroWest Medical Center, Natick.

Wednesday, October 17
3:30 am: Assistance Call – The ambulance responded to an assistance call on Oak Street.

6:00 pm: Investigation – Chief Michael Cassidy investigated a fire alarm activation on Maple Dell Lane.

Thursday, October 18
6:26 am: Medical – The ambulance and paramedics from Fallon EMS responded to a medical emergency on Jerrold Street. A resident was transported to Milford Regional Medical Center.

11:18 am: Investigation - Deputy Jim Moore, Engine 2 and Engine 3 investigated a heating equipment malfunction on Richard Road.

4:55 pm: Medical – The ambulance responded to a medical emergency on Cedar Street. The individual refused transport and a signed waiver was obtained.

6:03 pm: Investigation – Deputy Mark Dellicker investigated an alarm activation on Hanlon Road.

6:06 pm: Medical – The ambulance responded to a medical emergency on Norfolk Street. A resident was transported to MetroWest Medical Center, Framingham.

8:43 pm: Medical – The ambulance responded to an alarm activation on Hollis Street. No EMS was required.

9:25 pm: Investigation – Deputy Mark Dellicker investigated an odor of gas on Woodland Street.
