Exsultet! Celebrates the Season

October 25, 2018 (Holliston, MA) – Exsultet!, the premiere Metrowest women’s ensemble, today announced its upcoming concert celebrating the sounds of the winter season. On December 1st in a show entitled “Sing Heigh-Ho! Unto the Green Holly!” at First Congregational Church in Holliston, Exsultet! will perform Christmas and Hanukkah favorites as well as songs celebrating the winter solstice.

Featured will be the premiere of “The Stag King,” a piece composed for Exsultet by local composer Eva Kendrick. Jubilate, Exsultet’s youth choir, featuring the voices of children in grades four through eight, will also be performing under the direction of Holliston music teacher Chrissy Petersen.

Advance tickets are $15; students and seniors (65+) are $12; and children 12 and under are free.  Performances are not suitable for children under the age of 5. Tickets can be purchased online at www.exsultet.us or by calling Stacey Balardini at 508-395-5600.

Founded in 2013, Exsultet! is a community-based group of highly trained, accomplished female musicians in residence at First Congregational Church in Holliston, Massachusetts. Performances weave timeless music, epic poetry, and the spoken word into an exciting show to entertain and inspire all ages.
