by Bobby Blair
December 21, 2018

The Blair Square Committee met on Tuesday eve and reviewed updated plans for the portion of the rail trail behind Casey's Crossing. Those newer plans add an easement onto Casey's parking lot of several feet. Owner John McCarthy will be contacted for his approval. The committee is working a tight deadline to apply for a grant in early February.

Peter Barbieri announced that Rail Chair Chairman Robert Weidknecht is working on a plan to have Beals & Thomas create a parking plan for the opposite side of Central Street along Front & Railroad Streets. Those plans to be presented some time between March and May.
