Holliston Girls' Varsity Basketball Notches A Big Win

by Ken Robinson
January 27, 2019

In this case a big win was by a small margin! The Girls Varsity Basketball team won a very hard-fought, down-to-the-wire 36-34 victory over a relentless Hopkinton team on Friday night.

Brooke Geoffroy (12) scored 17 points and made 16 rebounds and eight blocks.

Eliza Altobelli (22) scored nine points and made 13 rebounds.

Eva Bergloff (32) scored three points and made four steals.

To say the atmosphere in the High School gym was intense, would be a huge understatement! This was a really great team performance. Final score: Holliston 36; Hopkinton 34!
