Holliston Youth Basketball's 8th grade boys Div. 3 team put on a strong performance and secured a 60-40 victory over Needham on Sunday at Adams gym.

Holliston Youth Basketball's 8th grade boys Div. 3 team put on a strong performance and secured a 60-40 victory over Needham on Sunday at Adams gym.  The Panthers exploded out of the gate with a team-wide defensive intensity and dominated the first quarter.

From there, they never looked back as a strong team shooting performance featuring T.J. Kiley (10), and an unselfish, basketball-savvy effort typified by the play of Michael Gonsalves (0) and Bobby Frasinelli (4) carried the team to the win.

The boys moved to 6-1 in league play as they head on the road to Ashland next week.
