Friday, January 18

11:14 am: Medical – The ambulance and paramedics from Fallon EMS responded to a medical emergency on Highland Street. A resident was transported to Milford Regional Medical Center.

3:43 pm: Medical – The ambulance and paramedics from AMR responded to a medical emergency on Washington Street. A resident was transported to MetroWest Medical Center, Framingham.

4:38 pm: Investigation – Deputy Jim Moore and Captain John Gagnon investigated an alarm activation on Ruthellen Road.

5:42 pm: Investigation – Weekend Duty Officer Captain John Gagnon investigated an electrical hazard on Norfolk Street.

Saturday, January 19

3:30 am: Medical – The ambulance responded to a medical emergency on Summer Street. A resident was transported to Milford Regional Medical Center.

4:57 am: Medical – The ambulance responded to a medical emergency on Elm Street. A resident was transported to MetroWest Medical Center, Framingham.

11:44 am: Medical – The ambulance responded to a medical emergency on Summer Street. A resident was transported to Milford Regional Medical Center.

2:04 pm: Medical – The ambulance responded to a medical emergency on Heritage Way. A resident was transported to MetroWest Medical Center, Framingham.

6:00 pm: Medical – The ambulance responded to a medical emergency on Prospect Street. The individual refused transport; a signed waiver was obtained.

8:22 pm: Medical – The ambulance responded to a medical emergency on Christopher Road. A resident was transported to Milford Regional Medical Center.

Sunday, January 20

4:50 am: Medical – The ambulance responded to a medical emergency on Concord Street. A resident was transported to MetroWest Medical Center, Framingham.

6:20 am: Medical – The ambulance responded to a medical emergency on Jennings Road. A Framingham resident was transported to MetroWest Medical Center, Framingham.

6:33 am: Investigation – Weekend Duty Officer Captain John Gagnon investigated an alarm activation on Jennings Road.

6:37 am: Medical – An ambulance with paramedics from Fallon EMS responded to a medical emergency on Chamberlain Street. A resident was transported to MetroWest Medical Center, Framingham.

10:39 am: Medical – The ambulance responded to a medical emergency on High Street. A resident was transported to UMass/Memorial Medical Center, University Campus in Worcester.

1:28 pm: Medical – The ambulance responded to a medical emergency on Prospect Street. A resident was transported to MetroWest Medical Center, Framingham.

1:44 pm: Investigation – Deputy Jim Moore and Weekend Duty Officer Captain John Gagnon investigated an alarm activation on Gregory Road.

Monday, January 21

11:40 am: Medical – The ambulance responded to a medical emergency on Cranberry Lane. A resident was transported to MetroWest Medical Center, Framingham.

12:17 pm: Investigation – Weekend Duty Officer Captain John Gagnon investigated smoke in the area of Hollis Street.

Tuesday, January 22

2:14 am: Medical – The ambulance responded to a medical emergency on Adams Street. A resident was transported to MetroWest Medical Center, Framingham.

3:40 am: Medical – The ambulance responded to a medical emergency on Concord Street. A resident was transported to MetroWest Medical Center, Natick.

9:50 am: Medical – The ambulance and paramedics from Fallon EMS responded to a medical emergency on Fiske Street. A resident was transported to Newton-Wellesley Hospital.

4:59 pm: Investigation – Chief Michael Cassidy investigated a water problem on Woodland Street.

Wednesday, January 23

8:10 am: Investigation – Deputy Jim Moore investigated an alarm activation on Dunster Road.

8:17 am: Investigation – Deputy Mark Dellicker investigated an activation on Tracy Lynn Road.

9:45 am: Medical – The ambulance responded to a medical emergency on Prentice Street. A resident was transported to MetroWest Medical Center, Natick.

9:58 am: Medical – An ambulance with paramedics from AMR responded to a medical emergency on Birch Road. A resident was transported to MetroWest Medical Center, Framingham.

10:53 pm: Medical – The ambulance responded to a medical emergency on Roy Avenue. A resident was transported to MetroWest Medical Center, Framingham.

Thursday, January 24

9:15 am: Medical – The ambulance responded to a medical emergency on Prentice Street. A resident was transported to MetroWest Medical Center, Framingham.

10:05 am: Medical – Chief Michael Cassidy and the ambulance responded to a medical alarm activation on Marked Tree Road. The alarm activation was accidental; the response was cancelled prior arrival.

1:37 pm: Medical – The ambulance and paramedics Natick Fire responded to a medical emergency on Wilkins Road. A resident was transported to MetroWest Medical Center, Natick.

4:41 pm: Motor Vehicle Crash – The primary and backup ambulances responded to a motor vehicle crash on Highland Street. One individual was transported with paramedics from Hopkinton Fire to UMass/Memorial Medical Center, University Campus in Worcester. One individual was transported with paramedics from Fallon EMS to Milford Regional Medical Center.

5:05 pm: Investigation – Chief Michael Cassidy investigated an electrical hazard on Jarr Brook Road.

5:11 pm: Investigation – Deputy Mark Dellicker investigated an alarm activation on Indian Ridge Road South.

5:54 pm: Medical – An ambulance with paramedics from Medway Fire responded to a medical emergency on Franklin Street. The response was cancelled prior to arrival.

6:18 pm: Medical – The ambulance and paramedics from Ashland Fire responded to a medical emergency on Central Street. A Medway resident was transported to MetroWest Medical Center, Framingham.
