LUNCH & MOVIE  -  BOHEMIAN RHAPSODY—PG13

WALKING FITNESS PROGRAM

Wednesdays 9:30 am—10:30 am

This is a free, group-led, in-house walking program that will be run with the use of DVDs.

Be prepared to work up a sweat while walking in place with different levels of walking.  These programs provide a great cardio workout, brain power, waistline trimming, and overall fitness.

No need to sign up in advance and there is no fee for this class, just show up a little early to get ready to walk!!
