Friday, April 5

8:30 am: Medical – The ambulance responded to a medical emergency on High Street. A resident was transported to Milford Regional Medical Center.

12:25 pm: Mutual Aid - Engine1 responded mutual aid to Ashland for a 2-alarm fire on Union Street.

5:48 pm: Investigation – Weekend Duty Officer Deputy Jim Moore investigated an outside fire on Washington Street.

6:00 pm: Medical – The ambulance responded to a medical emergency on Summer Street. A resident was transported to Milford Regional Medical Center.

6:52 pm: Medical – The ambulance responded to a medical emergency on Rolling Meadow Drive. A resident was transported to MetroWest Medical Center, Framingham.

7:05 pm: Chimney Fire – Chief Michael Cassidy, Weekend Duty Officer Deputy Jim Moore, Ladder 1, Engine 3 and the backup ambulance responded to a chimney fire on Winter Street.

Saturday, April 6

2:10 pm: Assistance Call – Weekend Duty Officer Deputy Jim Moore and Captain John Gagnon assisted a resident on Winter Street.

Sunday, April 7

8:50 am: Medical – The ambulance responded to a medical emergency on Winston Road. A resident was transported to Milford Regional Medical Center.

12:40 pm: Assistance Call – Weekend Duty Officer Deputy Jim Moore responded an assistance call on Chamberlain Street.

3:24 pm: Medical – The ambulance responded to a medical emergency on Washington Street. The response was cancelled prior to arrival.

8:08 pm: Medical – The ambulance and paramedics from AMR responded to a medical emergency on Maple Street. A resident was transported to MetroWest Medical Center, Framingham.

11:06 pm: Medical – The ambulance responded to a medical emergency on South Street. A resident was transported to Milford Regional Medical Center.                                      

Monday, April 8

2:32 am: Assistance Call – The ambulance responded to an assistance call on Summer Street.

7:25 am: Investigation – Chief Michael Cassidy investigated an alarm activation on Washington Street.

1:42 pm: Medical – The ambulance and paramedics from Fallon EMS responded to a medical emergency on Washington Street. A resident was transported to MetroWest Medical Center, Framingham.

3:48 pm: Medical – The ambulance and paramedics from Fallon EMS responded to a medical emergency on Bradford Jay Road. A resident was transported to Milford Regional Medical Center.

4:19 pm: Medical – An ambulance from Sherborn Fire responded to a medical emergency on Hollis Street. The individual refused transport; a signed waiver was obtained.

9:14 pm: Medical – The ambulance responded to a medical emergency on Westfield Drive. A resident was transported to MetroWest Medical Center, Framingham.

Tuesday, April 9

3:14 pm: Investigation – Chief Michael Cassidy investigated an alarm activation on Washington Street.

4:25 pm: Medical – The ambulance responded to a medical emergency on Winter Street. A resident was transported to MetroWest Medical Center, Framingham.

5:25 pm: Medical – An ambulance with paramedics from Medway Fire responded to a medical emergency on Oak Street. A resident was transported to Milford Regional Medical Center.

8:04 pm: Medical – The ambulance responded to a medical emergency on Central Street. A resident was transported to MetroWest Medical Center, Natick.

8:25 pm: Medical – The backup ambulance responded to a medical emergency on Jarr Brook Road. A resident was transported to MetroWest Medical Center, Natick.

10:14 pm: Medical – The ambulance responded to a medical emergency on South Street. The individual refused transport; a signed waiver was obtained.

Wednesday, April 10

6:11 pm: Medical – The ambulance and paramedics from Alert Ambulance responded to a medical emergency on Skyview Terrace. A resident was transported to MetroWest Medical Center, Framingham.

7:28 pm: Medical – The ambulance and paramedics from AMR responded to a medical emergency on Rolling Meadow Drive. A resident was transported to MetroWest Medical Center, Framingham.

Thursday, April 11

10:05 am: Medical – The ambulance responded to a medical emergency on Stagecoach Road. A resident was transported to MetroWest Medical Center, Framingham.

11:34 am: Medical – The ambulance responded to a medical emergency on Hollis Street. A resident was transported to MetroWest Medical Center, Framingham.

1:05 pm: Medical - The ambulance and paramedics from Medway Fire responded to medical emergency on Hopping Brook Road. One individual was transported to a landing zone on South Street which had been secured by Deputies Jim Moore and Mark Dellicker, and Engine 4.  Boston MedFlight transported the patient Mass General Hospital in Boston.

4:49 pm: Medical – The ambulance responded to a medical emergency on Mechanic Street. A resident was transported to MetroWest Medical Center, Natick.

5:18 pm: Medical – The ambulance and paramedics from Fallon EMS responded to a medical emergency on Marshall Street. A resident was transported to Milford Regional Medical Center.
