Friday, April 19

4:03 am: Medical – The ambulance responded to a medical emergency on Stagecoach Road. A resident was transported to MetroWest Medical Center, Natick.

4:22 pm: Medical – The ambulance responded to a medical emergency on Ashland Street. A resident was transported to MetroWest Medical Center, Framingham.

4:24 pm: Medical – The backup ambulance responded to a medical emergency on Norfolk Street. A resident was transported to Milford Regional Medical Center.

4:30 pm: Investigation – Chief Michael Cassidy, Deputy Mark Dellicker, Weekend Duty Officer Lieutenant Shawn Connors, and Forest Fires 1 and 2 responded to a brush fire on Prospect Street.

Saturday, April 20

11:50 am: Investigation - Weekend Duty Officer Lieutenant Shawn Connors investigated an outside fire on Juniper Road.

7:25 pm: Medical - An ambulance with paramedics from Medway Fire responded to a medical emergency on Marked Tree Road. A resident was transported to Milford Regional Medical Center.

Sunday, April 21

6:00 am: Structure Fire – The fire department responded to a structure fire on Hollis Street. The ambulance also responded to the scene to provide incident rehabilitation for the responders.

10:30 am: Medical – The ambulance and paramedics from Fallon EMS responded to a medical emergency on Washington Street. A resident was transported to MetroWest Medical Center, Framingham.

12:30 pm: Medical – The ambulance responded to a medical emergency on Washington Street. The response was cancelled prior to arrival.

7:17 pm: Medical – The ambulance responded to a medical emergency on Summer Street. A resident was transported to Milford Regional Medical Center.

10:54 pm: Medical – The ambulance and paramedics from Community EMS responded to a medical emergency on Washington Street. A resident was transported to Milford Regional Medical Center.

Monday, April 22

12:29 am: Investigation – Weekend Duty Officer Lieutenant Shawn Connors responded to a report of a dog trapped under a shed on Roy Avenue. The response was cancelled prior to arrival.

12:43 am: Investigation – Weekend Duty Officer Lieutenant Shawn Connors investigated an alarm activation on Gregory Road.

5:03 am: Medical – The ambulance and paramedics from Fallon EMS responded to a medical emergency on Hanlon Road. A resident was transported to MetroWest Medical Center, Framingham.

9:45 am: Investigation – Deputy Mark Dellicker investigated an alarm detector activation on Marilyn Street.

10:18 am: Medical – The ambulance responded to a medical emergency on Concord Street. A resident was transported to MetroWest Medical Center, Framingham.

11:20 am: Medical – An ambulance and paramedics from Medway Fire responded to a medical emergency on Lakeshore Drive. A resident was transported to MetroWest Medical Center, Framingham.

12:15 pm: Motor Vehicle Crash – The ambulance responded to a motor vehicle crash on Central Street. Two individuals were transported to Milford Regional Medical Center.

2:28 pm: Medical – The ambulance and paramedics from AMR responded to a medical emergency on Temi Road. A resident was transported to MetroWest Medical Center, Framingham.

4:23 pm: Medical – The ambulance and paramedics from Alert Ambulance responded to a medical emergency on Hopping Brook Road. One individual was transported to MetroWest Medical Center, Framingham.

4:37 pm: Medical – An ambulance with paramedics from Medway Fire responded to a medical emergency on Oak Street. The individual refused transport; a signed waiver was obtained.

Tuesday, April 23

11:00 am: Investigation – Deputy Mark Dellicker and Lieutenant Shawn Connors investigated fuel leaking from a vehicle on Norfolk Street.

5:16 pm: Medical – The ambulance responded to a medical emergency on Marked Tree Road. A resident was transported to MetroWest Medical Center, Framingham.

Wednesday, April 24

5:52 am: Assistance Call – The ambulance responded to an assistance call on Francine Drive.

6:43 am: Medical – The ambulance and paramedics from Fallon EMS responded to a medical emergency on Fiske Street. A resident was transported to Boston Children’s Hospital.

9:00 am: Medical – An ambulance with paramedics from Medway Fire responded to a medical emergency on Marked Tree Road. A resident was transported to Milford Regional Medical Center.

2:23 pm: Medical - A ambulance from Sherborn Fire responded to a medical emergency on Exchange Street. A resident was transported to MetroWest Medical Center, Natick.

4:02 pm: Investigation – Deputy Mark Dellicker investigated an alarm activation on Oakhurst Lane.

7:37 pm: Investigation – Deputy Mark Dellicker and Engine 2 investigated a grill fire on High Rock Road.

8:22 pm: Medical – The ambulance responded to a medical emergency on Chamberlain Street. A resident was transported to MetroWest Medical Center, Framingham.

8:26 pm: Investigation – Deputy Mark Dellicker, Ladder 1, and Engine 3 investigated an odor of gas on Elm Street.

8:53 pm: Medical – The ambulance responded to a medical emergency on Richard Road. The individual refused transport; a signed waiver was obtained.

Thursday, April 25

9:17 am: Assistance Call – The ambulance responded to an assistance call on  Maple Dell Lane.

9:20 am: Investigation – Deputy Mark Dellicker investigated a faulty appliance on Elm Street.

11:21 pm: Medical – The ambulance responded to a medical emergency on Concord Street. A resident was transported to MetroWest Medical Center, Framingham.
