Busy Afternoon for EMT's

by Bobby Blair
May 6, 2019

The town's Emergency Medical Technicians were hard at work Monday afternoon. The ambulance was called to Winter Street for a report of a resident who had a close encounter with a table saw. That patient was transported to UMass Medical in Worcester by Holliston's A2.

Shortly thereafter the ambulance A1 responded to a two vehicle motor vehicle accident on Rt. 16 near the Phillips 66 Gas Station. One person was transported to the hospital from the pickup above. Incidentally the crash was reported by the town's Ladder #1 personnel who were returning from a kitchen fire on Whispering Lane. Meanwhile yet another medical and the town's third ambulance A3 was activated while Medway sent an ambulance for a 4th medical.
