If we truly want the residents of Holliston to come to town meetings the town would mail to every household of registered voters a copy of the warrants, items to be discussed at the meetings. This would allow easy access to the background of issues to be discussed. The senior center sends out monthly a monthly newsletter if a resident wishes.

Sending a copy of the warrant would be good way to show a desire for transparency by our elected officials. An informed electorate would be a more involved electorate.

It is well worth the cost!

We need to come up with a way to get people out to vote. Maybe. If we have a special day just before the election ( a small parade with the candidates, hot dogs and hamburgers)

And just get the town to realize it's time to vote.

Also we need to really advertise for the town meetings to get more then the same 100 people

Congratulations to all the winners in yesterday's election along with all the other candidates that put there name in the ring and participated in making the election process competitive.

My only other wish is that more of the rest of the electorate took the time to vote in the election.
