8:56 AM: Medical – The ambulance responded to a medical emergency on Washington Street. A resident was transported to MetroWest Medical Center, Natick.

8:56 AM: Medical – An ambulance from Fallon EMS responded to a medical emergency on Jerrold Street. A resident was transported to Beth Israel Deaconess Hospital Needham.

10:40 AM: Medical – The ambulance and paramedics from Fallon EMS responded to a medical emergency on Washington Street. A resident was transported to MetroWest Medical Center, Framingham.

11:10 AM: Investigation – Deputy Jim Moore investigated an alarm activation on Bartzak Drive.

12:54 PM: Medical – The ambulance responded to a medical emergency on Cedar Street. A resident was transported to Milford Regional Medical Center, Milford.

2:07 PM: Medical – The ambulance responded to a medical emergency on Hollis Street. A resident was transported to Milford Regional Medical Center, Milford.

Tuesday, June 4

1:24 AM: Medical – The ambulance responded to a medical emergency on Hollis Street. A resident was transported to Milford Regional Medical Center.

10:07 PM: Medical – The ambulance responded to a medical emergency on Highland Street. A resident was transported to MetroWest Medical Center, Framingham.

10:30 PM: Medical – An ambulance with paramedics from Medway Fire responded to a medical emergency on Elm Street. A resident was transported to UMass Memorial Medical Center, University Campus in Worcester.

Wednesday, June 5

3:17 AM: Mutual Aid – Engine 1 provided station coverage for Millis Fire, which crews from multiple communities fought a two-alarm fire on Main Street.

6:38 AM: Medical – The ambulance responded to a medical emergency on High Street. A resident was transported to Milford Regional Medical Center.

9:06 AM: Assistance Call – Chief Michael Cassidy and the ambulance responded to an assistance call on Hollis Street.

3:41 PM: Motor Vehicle Crash – The ambulance and an ambulance from Medway Fire responded to a motor vehicle crash on Washington Street. Two patients were transported to Milford Regional Medical Center.

Thursday, June 6

7:53 AM: Medical – Chief Michael Cassidy and the ambulance responded to a medical emergency on Hollis Street. A resident was transported to Milford Regional Medical Center.

12:57 PM: Investigation – Chief Michael Cassidy, Deputies Jim Moore and Mark Dellicker, and the department responded to smoke in a mercantile building on Washington Street. The Board of Health was also notified and responded.

4:01 PM: Assistance Call – The ambulance responded to an assistance call on Highland Street.

8:02 PM: Medical – The ambulance responded to a medical emergency on Hollis Street. A resident was transported to MetroWest Medical Center, Framingham.

10:22 PM: Motor Vehicle Crash – Chief Michael Cassidy, Deputy Mark Dellicker, Rescue 1, Engine 4 and an ambulance with paramedics from Hopkinton Fire responded to a motor vehicle crash on Hanlon Road. An individual was transported to Milford Regional Medical Center.
