Holliston In Bloom's First Floral Display Award for 2019

by Paul Saulnier
June 17, 2019

Mark and Linda Ahronian have created a garden paradise at 107 Concord Street.

Mark stands in front of his Satomi flowering Dogwood tree.

In the back and side yards, Mark's landscaping talents are obvious. Sitting in the shade while a babbling brook cascades nearby, its easy to let the world go by.

Charlie loves to lay down in the brook to cool off. Mark says he doesn't.

Above, Mark points out his newest area which will soon be covered in tall sun flowers.

Mountain Laurel Kalmia (common name Kaleidoscope) is unbelievable in person. Up close and personal, each flower gives the impression of a kaleidoscope.

The side yard features this array of Siberian Iris, Double flowering pink Peony, and in the distance a white flowering Fringe tree.

Thank you, Mark and Linda Ahronian, for helping to beautify Holliston.
