Friday, June 14

7:10 am: Medical – The ambulance responded to a medical emergency on Evergreen Road. A signed refusal was obtained.

8:11 am: Assistance Call – The ambulance responded to an assistance call on Winter Street.

9:11 am: Medical – The ambulance responded to a medical emergency on Elm Street. A resident was transported to MetroWest Medical Center, Framingham.

11:26 am: Motor  Vehicle Crash – Chief Michael Cassidy and the ambulance responded to a motor vehicle crash on Washington Street. There were no injuries; three waivers were obtained.

11:41 am: Medical – Chief Michael Cassidy and the ambulance responded to a medical emergency on Goulding Street. One individual was transported to Metro West Medical Center, Framingham.

2:58 pm: Investigation – Deputy Jim Moore investigated a spill on Union Street.

Saturday, June 15

12:17 am: Medical – The ambulance responded to a medical emergency on Prentice Street. A resident was transported to MetroWest Medical Center, Framingham.

2:18 pm: Medical – The ambulance responded to a medical emergency on Summer Street. A resident was transported to Milford Regional Medical Center.

3:17 pm: Assistance Call – Chief Michael Cassidy and Lieutenant Brain Grace responded to an assistance call on Taylor Road.

Sunday, June 16

12:25 am: Medical – The ambulance responded to a medical emergency on Indian Ridge Road South. A resident was transported to Milford Regional Medical Center.

7:31 pm: Medical – The ambulance and paramedics from Fallon EMS responded to a medical emergency on Beaver Brook Drive. A resident was transported to Milford Regional Medical Center.

Monday, June 17

12:18 am: Assistance Call – The ambulance responded to an assistance call on Birch Road. The response was cancelled prior to arrival.

6:17 am: Assistance Call – The ambulance responded to an assistance call on Hollis Street.

7:20 am: Medical – The ambulance responded to a medical alarm activation on Dorset Road. The alarm activation was unintentional.

2:58 pm: Investigation - Chief Michael Cassidy, Deputies Jim Moore and Mark Dellicker, Ladder 1 and , Engines 1 and 4 responded to an alarm activation on Boynton Road.

2:59 pm: Medical – The ambulance responded to a medical emergency on Highland Street. A resident was transported to MetroWest Medical Center, Framingham.

4:03 pm: Medical – An ambulance with paramedics from Ashland Fire responded to a medical emergency on Dodd Drive. A resident was transported to MetroWest Medical Center, Framingham.

Tuesday, June 18

9:00 am: Motor Vehicle Crash – Deputy Mark Dellicker, Firefighter Brian Kramer and the ambulance responded to a motor vehicle crash on Church Street. Two individuals were transported to Milford Regional Medical Center.

11:57 am: Medical – The ambulance responded to a medical emergency on Concord Street. A resident was transported to Milford Regional Medical Center.

5:23 pm: Medical – The ambulance responded to a medical emergency on Fiske Street. A resident was transported to MetroWest Medical Center, Natick.

9:17 pm: Medical – The ambulance responded to a medical emergency on Summer Street. A resident was transported to MetroWest Medical Center, Framingham.

11:24 pm: Medical – The ambulance responded to a medical emergency on Washington Street. The response was cancelled prior to arrival.

Wednesday, June 19

2:39 am: Medical – The ambulance and paramedics from Hopkinton Fire responded to a medical emergency on Marshall Street. A resident was transported to Milford Regional Medical Center.

11:13 am: Motor Vehicle Crash – Deputy Mark Dellicker, Rescue 1, Engine 3, the ambulance and paramedics from Fallon EMS responded to a rollover motor vehicle crash on Washington Street. Engine 1 was dispatched to secure a landing zone on Hollis Street; but the helicopter was cancelled and the patient was driven by ground to a trauma center. One individual was transported to UMass/Memorial Medical Center, University Campus in Worcester.

12:19 pm: Medical – An ambulance with paramedics from Medway Fire responded to a medical emergency on Central Street. A resident was transported to MetroWest Medical Center, Framingham.

Thursday, June 20

6:24 am: Investigation – Chief Michael Cassidy investigated alarm trouble on Summer Street.

1:25 pm: Investigation – Chief Michael Cassidy investigated an alarm activation on October Hill Road.

4:12 pm: Medical – The ambulance and paramedics from Fallon EMS responded to a medical emergency on Pinecrest Road. A resident was transported to MetroWest Medical Center, Framingham.

10:49 pm: Medical – The ambulance responded to a medical emergency on Hollis Street. A resident was transported to Milford Regional Medical Center.
