7:25 am: Medical – Chief Michael Cassidy and the ambulance responded to an injured bicyclist on Washington Street. A Belmont resident was transported to Milford Regional Medical Center.

8:55 am: Medical – The ambulance responded to a medical emergency on Highland Street. A resident was transported to Milford Regional Medical Center.

11:53 am: Medical – The ambulance responded to a medical emergency on Marshall Street. A resident was transported to Milford Regional Medical Center.

2:15 pm: Medical – The ambulance responded to a medical emergency on Jasper Hill Road. A resident was transported to MetroWest Medical Center, Framingham.

3:50 pm: Medical – The ambulance responded to a medical emergency on South Street. A resident was transported to Milford Regional Medical Center.

5:08 pm: Medical – The ambulance responded to a medical emergency on Marilyn Street. A resident was transported to MetroWest Medical Center, Framingham.

Saturday, June 22

11:15 am: Medical – Chief Michael Cassidy, the ambulance and paramedics from Fallon EMS responded to a medical emergency on Washington Street. An Uxbridge resident was transported to Milford Regional Medical Center.

12:59 pm: Medical Alarm – The ambulance responded to a medical alarm activation on Cranberry Lane. The response was canceled prior to arrival.

7:15 pm: Medical – The ambulance and paramedics from Medway Fire responded to a medical emergency on Dunster Road. A resident was transported to Milford Regional Medical Center.

11:03 pm: Investigation – Weekend Duty Officer Lieutenant Richard Rossini investigated an alarm activation on Roy Avenue.

Sunday, June 23

2:17 am: Investigation – Weekend Duty Officer Lieutenant Richard Rossini investigated an alarm activation on Roy Avenue.

9:04 am: Investigation – Weekend Duty Officer Lieutenant Richard Rossini investigated an odor on Winthrop Street.

2:07 pm: Medical – The ambulance responded to a medical emergency on Cranberry Lane. A resident was transported to MetroWest Medical Center, Natick.

9:08 pm: Investigation – Chief Michael Cassidy, Deputy Mark Dellicker, Ladder 1, and Engines 1 and 3 responded to an alarm activation on Washington Street.

9:22 pm: Medical – The ambulance responded to a medical emergency on Norfolk Lane. A resident was transported to MetroWest Medical Center, Framingham.

9:46 pm: Medical – The backup ambulance and paramedics from Ashland Fire responded to a medical emergency on Washington Street. A resident was transported to MetroWest Medical Center, Framingham.

Monday, June 24

5:27 am: Investigation – Weekend Duty Officer Lieutenant Richard Rossini investigated an alarm activation on Roy Avenue.

5:28 pm: Motor Vehicle Crash – The ambulance responded to a motor vehicle crash on Washington Street. There were no injuries; signed waivers were obtained.

6:13 pm: Investigation – Deputy Mark Dellicker, Engine 4 and Forest Fires 1, 2 and 3 responded to a smoke in the area of Adams Street.

6:32 pm: Medical – The ambulance and paramedics from Ashland Fire responded to a medical emergency on Linden Street. A resident was transported to UMass Memorial Medical Center, University Campus in Worcester.

10:34 pm: Assistance Call – The ambulance responded to an assistance call on Norfolk Street.

11:53 pm: Medical – The ambulance responded to a medical emergency on Westfield Drive. The individual refused transport; a signed waiver was obtained.

Tuesday, June 25

8:50 am: Medical – The ambulance and paramedics from Fallon EMS responded to a medical emergency on Indian Ridge Road South. A resident was transported to MetroWest Medical Center, Framingham.

3:30 pm: Medical – The ambulance responded to a medical emergency on Taylor Road. A resident was transported to Milford Regional Medical Center.

10:38 pm: Investigation – Chief Michael Cassidy and Engine 3 investigated a faulty appliance on Wingate Road.

Wednesday, June 26

7:45 am: Medical - The ambulance responded to a medical emergency on Union Street. A resident was transported to Milford Regional Medical Center.

12:00 pm: Motor Vehicle Crash – Chief Michael Cassidy and the ambulance responded to a motor vehicle crash on Washington Street. One individual was transported to MetroWest Medical Center, Framingham.

Thursday, June 27

12:17 am: Assistance Call – The ambulance responded to an assistance call on Hollis Street.

6:50 am: Direct Alarm – The fire department responded to an alarm activation on Hollis Street.

9:54 am: Assistance Call – The ambulance responded to an assistance call on Hollis Street.

11:50 am: Motor Vehicle Crash – Chief Michael Cassidy and the ambulance responded to a motor vehicle crash on Concord Street. The individuals refused transport; multiple signed waivers were obtained.

2:25 pm: Medical – The ambulance responded to a medical emergency on Hollis Street. A resident was transported to MetroWest Medical Center, Natick.

2:57 pm: Medical – An ambulance from Sherborn Fire responded to a medical emergency on Westfield Drive. A resident was transported to Milford Regional Medical Center.

9:10 pm: Medical – The ambulance responded to a medical emergency on Central Street. A resident was transported to Milford Regional Medical Center.
