Kayak Rentals at Stoddard Park

July 12, 2019

Holliston Parks & Recreation is thrilled to announce this new rental opportunity at Stoddard Park.  Two kayaks, one canoe, and one paddle board have been purchased for this new program at Lake Winthrop.

Rentals are $10 for a one and one half hour period on a first-come, first-served basis.  Waivers and payments are processed at the snack shack beginning at 10:30 am with the last rental at 4:00 pm, seven days per week while the park is staffed for the season.

Please note that renters must have an annual beach pass or purchase a day pass at the entrance.

We hope that park visitors will take advantage of these rental opportunities so that we can grow the program in future years!

Stoddard Park is located at 880 Stoddard Park Drive, Holliston MA.

Thanks for your interest Carol. There is no charge if not parking a car. The age to rent is 18 for adults, 12 years and older can rent with permission and supervision by a parent. Thanks!

Good idea, thank you - it would also be a good idea to upgrade and maintain Pleasure Point - some new sand and cleaning up the water and beach would do wonders, thank you

Not everyone drives to Stoddard. Do you need to buy a day pass if you walk or bike? Is there an age requirement for renting?
