Holliston on Patrol

HCAT is producing a new series called Holliston on Patrol.

This production, initiated by Chief John Moore, will serve to help residents understand the operation of our police department. 

The  first segement of the new HCAT production with Chief John Moore of Holliston on Patrol is titled "Anatomy of a Pull Over".

Officer Matthew Waugh is the featured actor in this initial epsisode.

The red car is spotted travelling at an excessive speed and the blue lights are activated telling the driver to pull over.

Officer Waugh approaches the driver and will explain the guidelines of how this is done to protect the officer from possible harm from a combative driver, and how the driver should respond.

After receiving the appropriated documentation from the driver, the officer returns to the cruiser and perfoms the required verifications and proceeds to write the ticket. This step will also be detailed on the HCAT rendition of this case.

After due processing, the ticket is given to the offending driver and he is free to go.

The officer returns to his cruiser, turns off the blue lights and awaits the next violator.
