Holliston's population hit 15,065 this year, so we are being judged against communities with populations between 15,001 and 25,000. There are a total of 27 communities competing in several population categories. Arroyo Grande CA, last year's winner, has 17,252 people in a city of 5.45 square miles. http://www.arroyogrande.org/
