Holliston Celebrates the 2013 Week of the Young Child

The Holliston Early Childhood Council is celebrating the Week of the Young Child with activities planned for children five and under -- April 14 - 19.

The Holliston Early Childhood Council is celebrating the Week of the Young Child with activities planned for children 5 and under.  The program will take place the week of April 15-19 and offers various events each day of the week orchestrated by, Emma Durkee, Holliston High School National Honor Society Student.  Emma will also offer complimentary face painting during the HBA Spring Stroll at the Early Childhood tent at Blair Square (by CVS) on Saturday April 27th from 10am – 5pm.  Please stop by.  We are delighted to recognize the young children in our community and hope they will enjoy the following happenings, as well as a few promotions local businesses are offering in honor of the special week.
 

April 15th: Bring this article to the Superette and receive a complimentary slushy!

April 16th:  Attend a Music Movement & More Class* @ Soul Spirit Studios.  9:30am.

Only $5! (regularly $15) 1562 Washington St. (Village Plaza) Holliston

April 16th: Join Craft Time at the Holliston Public Library 11am-4pm

Children 5 and under receive 10% off a small gelato. 1576 Washington Street (Village Plaza)

 

April 17th: Stop by Dolce Tempo Ice Cream and Café!

April 18th: Tour the Holliston Fire Station 10-Noon

April 18th: Participate in Music Time at the Holliston Public Library 10:30am

April 19th: Tour the Holliston Police Station 10-Noon

April 19th: Enjoy Tales and Tunes for Tots at the Holliston Public Library 10:15am

April 27th: Stroll Holliston at the HBA Spring Stroll and stop by the Holliston Early

Childhood Council tent for free face painting!  10am-5pm
