Touch-a-Truck - Saturday June 1, 2013

The Holliston Newcomers Club announces its third annual Touch-A-Truck event on June 1, 2013. Local companies will donate trucks and equipment of all sizes for children to come explore. This is an excellent event for the whole family.  You can climb aboard, honk the horn, and talk to the driver.

Sponsorship is provided by Hooray for Books, Holliston School for the Performing Arts, and Pejamajo Café.

The Holliston Newcomers Club is a not for profit organization composed of over 100 families in Holliston and surrounding towns. The group coordinates charitable, civic, educational, and recreational events and activities in the town of Holliston, Massachusetts . The goal is to encourage association among community members and to foster community spirit. Membership is open to both residents and non-residents of Holliston, and you need not be new to the area to join. If you are interested in joining the Newcomers Club and making a difference in your community, please check out our website at www.hollistonnewcomers.org.

First Night on the Rail Trail

The Friends of Holliston Trails is excited to host the 5th Annual First Night Trail Walk on December 31st from 5:00 to 8:00 PM. For those who are new to town, fire pits light the trail from Blair Square and Cross Street to Phipps Tunnel. Friendly fire pit hosts chat with walkers and offer a source of warmth during your stroll. To make this event the best yet, the Friends of the Holliston Trails are still in need of additional fire pit hosts. It's an easy task and a lot of fun.
