The Holliston Education Foundation (HEF) will be hosting the annual Community Trivia Bee on Friday October 25th at 6pm in the Holliston High School Cafeteria, 370 Hollis Street, Holliston MA.  Enthusiastic trivia buffs from local schools, businesses, civic groups, community organizations, and neighborhoods will compete to win the title, “Top Trivialist of Holliston,” and support HEF.  A new format will provide lots of fun and excitement under the direction of the trivia master, Robert Verdolino who has hosted popular trivia bees in Medway and other school districts in Massachusetts.  Combining music with wide-ranging questions and entertainment, Holliston teams will be in for a treat.

HEF has a proud record as a catalyst for excellence and innovation across all levels of education in the Holliston schools. HEF’s focus is the promotion of teaching excellence through funding of dynamic teacher-initiated projects that enhance learning in our schools. The Bee is a key component of HEF’s funding for these efforts.

There are several ways students, teachers, residents or businesses can participate:

1. Bee on a trivia team. Each team of students/adults pays a tax-deductible entry fee of $125 to compete in the Holliston Bee.
2. Bee a sponsor. Local businesses, organizations, or groups of individuals can sponsor the Bee or pay a team’s entry fee of $125. Business sponsors will be listed on our web site and acknowledged in our printed program.
3. Bee in the audience. Suspense and silliness will reign, making the Bee entertaining for children and adults alike.  Everyone can cheer their friends and neighbors. Admission is free.

A participation form is available at www.HollistonEdFoundation.org   The registration form and fee are due on or before October 18^th, 2019.
