6:34 am: Assistance Call – The ambulance responded to an assistance call on Cheryl Lane.

11:45 am: Investigation – Deputy Jim Moore investigated a spill on South Street.

5:30 pm: Assistance Call – The ambulance responded to an assistance call on Lakeshore Drive.

9:09 pm: Investigation – Weekend Duty Officers Lieutenant Shawn Connors and Firefighter Michael Quintin investigated an odor on Cheryl Lane.

11:02 pm: Medical – The ambulance responded to a medical emergency on Ellis Street in Medway. A resident was transported to Milford Regional Medical Center.

Saturday, April 18

12:25 am: Motor Vehicle Crash – The ambulance responded to a motor vehicle crash on Concord Street. There were no injuries; signed waivers were obtained.

12:29 am: Medical – An ambulance with paramedics from Hopkinton Fire responded to a medical emergency on Jerrold Street. A resident was transported to MetroWest Medical Center, Framingham.

5:00 am: Medical – The ambulance responded to a medical emergency on Juniper Road. The individual refused transport; a signed waiver was obtained.

10:40 am: Medical – The ambulance responded to a medical emergency on Concord Street. The individual refused transport; a signed waiver was obtained.

10:29 pm: Investigation – Weekend Duty Officers Lieutenant Shawn Connors and Firefighter Michael Quintin investigated an alarm activation on Juniper Road.

Sunday, April 19

10:48 am: Medical – The ambulance and paramedics from Fallon EMS responded to a medical emergency on Highland Street. A resident was transported to MetroWest Medical Center, Framingham.

1:58 pm: Medical – The ambulance responded to a medical emergency on Marshall Street. The individual refused transport; a signed waiver was obtained.

 2:35 pm: Investigation – Deputy Mark Dellicker, and Weekend Duty Officers Lieutenant Shawn Connors and Firefighter Michael Quintin investigated a permit fire on Woodland Street.

2:44 pm: Investigation – Weekend Duty Officers Lieutenant Shawn Connors and Firefighter Michael Quintin investigated a permit fire on Washington Street.

8:35 pm: Medical – The ambulance responded to a medical emergency on Bradford Jay Road. The individual refused transport; a signed waiver was obtained.

Monday, April 20

5:54 am: Assistance Call – The ambulance responded to an assistance call on Juniper Road.

3:16 pm: Investigation – Deputy Jim Moore, Weekend Duty Officer Lieutenant Shawn Connors and Forest Fire 2 responded to an outside fire at Pleasure Point.

7:40 pm: Investigation – Weekend Duty Officers Lieutenant Shawn Connors and Firefighter Michael Quintin investigated an alarm activation on Pilgrim Road.  

Tuesday, April 21

11:18 am: Medical – The ambulance responded to a medical emergency on Fisher Street. A resident was transported to Milford Regional Medical Center.

11:19 am: Investigation – Deputy Jim Moore investigated an alarm activation on Lone Oak Circle.

2:00 pm: Alarm – The fire department responded to a fire alarm activation on Boynton Road. The alarm was unintentional by workers.

2:02 pm: Investigation – Engine 2 investigated an alarm activation on Norfolk Street.

8:59 pm: Motor Vehicle Crash – The ambulance responded to a motor vehicle crash on Ashland Street. The response was cancelled prior to arrival.

Wednesday, April 22

5:56 am: Medical – The ambulance responded to a medical emergency on Pleasant Street. A resident was transported to Milford Regional Medical Center.

11:00 am: Medical – The ambulance responded to a medical emergency on Woodland Street. A resident was transported to MetroWest Medical Center, Framingham.

11:36 pm: Investigation – The fire department investigated an electrical hazard on Jeffrey Avenue.

Thursday, April 23

8:24 am: Medical – The ambulance and paramedics from Fallon EMS responded to a medical emergency on High Street. A resident was transported to Milford Regional Medical Center.

8:56 am: Medical – An ambulance with paramedics from Ashland Fire responded to a medical emergency on Roy Avenue. A resident was transported to MetroWest Medical Center, Framingham.

3:46 pm: Investigation – Deputy Jim Moore and Engine 4 investigated an outside fire on Christopher Road.

6:04 pm: Medical – The ambulance responded to a medical emergency on High Street. A resident was transported to Milford Regional Medical Center.

11:11 pm: Medical – The ambulance responded to a medical emergency on Skyview Terrace. The individual refused transport; a signed waiver was obtained.
