An individual was transported to a landing zone at the Warren Conference  Center which had been secured by the Ashland Police and Fire Departments, for transport by Boston MedFlight to Brigham & Women’s Hospital, Boston.

4:10 pm: Motor Vehicle Crash – The ambulance responded to a motor vehicle crash on Washington Street. There were no injuries; signed waivers were obtained.

6:20 pm: Investigation – Captain Alan Greendale and Engine 2 investigated an electrical hazard on Fairview Street.
