Notice is hereby given that the Town of Holliston will hold a Special Town Meeting commencing at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday, December 5, 2020, at the Holliston High School Auditorium, 370 Hollis Street to act on the following articles:

1. Fiscal Year 2021 Budget Adjustments
2. Amend Consolidated Personnel By-Law Section 29, Job and Wage Classification Plan
3. To provide funds for the Stabilization Fund
4. To provide funds for the Capital Expenditure Fund
5. To provide funds for capital expenditures
6. To make appropriations from the Community Preservation Fund
7. To provide funds for roadway, drainage and sidewalk improvements
8. To provide funds for a Sidewalk Prioritization Plan
9. To provide funds for a Water System Modernization Plan
10. To provide funds for a water main replacement on Winter Street
11. To provide supplemental funds for a Water Treatment Plant at Well No. 5
12. To provide funds for engineering and design related to Storm Water Management
13. To provide funds for design and engineering at 9 Green Street
14. To provide funds for public safety signs and equipment
15. To provide funds for traffic engineering and sound engineering studies
16. To vote to accept certain public ways
