Friday, May 21

  • 5:15 am: Motor Vehicle Crash (above)– Chief Michael Cassidy, Deputy Mark Dellicker, Rescue 1, Engine 4 and the ambulance responded to a motor vehicle crash with entrapment on Highland Street. A Bellingham resident was transported to MetroWest Medical Center.
  • 10:05 am: Investigation – Deputy Jim Moore investigated an alarm activation on Mohawk Path.
  • 2:02 pm: Investigation – Deputy Jim Moore responded to an alarm activation Mohawk Path. The response was canceled prior to arrival.
  • 2:10 pm: Investigation – Deputy Jim Moore responded to an alarm activation on Mohawk Path. The activation was unintentional by workers.

Saturday, May 22

  • 10:06 am: Medical – The ambulance responded to a medical emergency on Jasper Hill Road. The individual refused transport; a signed waiver was obtained.
  • 10:47 am: Medical – The ambulance and paramedic from Brewster EMS responded to a medical emergency on Union Street. A resident was transported to MetroWest Medical Center.
  • 1:05 pm: Medical – The ambulance responded to a medical emergency on Washington Street. The individual refused transport; a signed waiver was obtained.
  • 3:03 pm: Investigation – Weekend Duty Officer Deputy Jim Moore investigated downed wires on Fiske Street.

Sunday, May 23

  • 8:36 am: Medical – The ambulance responded to a medical emergency on Brook Street. A resident was transported to Milford Regional Medical Center.
  • 6:13 pm: Medical – The ambulance responded to a medical emergency on Hollis Street. The individual refused transport; a signed waiver was obtained.
  • 7:52 am: Medical – The ambulance responded to a medical emergency on High Street. A resident was transported to Milford Regional Medical Center.
