ThinkLite USA, a life sciences technology firm specializing in air monitoring, purification, and smart commercial LED lighting systems, announced today that Matthew Gallant has been promoted to Vice President of Operations, North America. This promotion followed his success and accomplishments as The Director of Operations.

Prior to joining ThinkLite in 2018, Matthew Gallant was Director of Supplier Operations at Wayfair, one of the largest home furniture and décor e-commerce companies in the world. During his 12 years at Wayfair, Matthew led and oversaw customer service, operations, vendor management, and warehouse operations.

Matt has been instrumental in developing and steering an agile operations team that helped accelerate the firm’s successful evolution from a lighting focused organization to a Life Science technology company.

In his new position Matt will own the entire day-to-day operational function of all business divisions for North America – ThinkLite Air, ThinkLite Grow, and ThinkLite Energy. He will also be a member of the Key Executive Team going forward.
