Friday, December 23

  • 1:09 AM: Medical – The ambulance responded to a medical emergency on Washington Street. A resident was transported to MetroWest Medical Center.
  • 2:43 AM: Investigation – Chief Michael Cassidy investigated an alarm malfunction on Regency Drive.
  • 6:01 AM: Debris – Chief Michael Cassidy assisted another agency with debris removal on Hollis Street.
  • 6:56 AM: Assistance Call – The ambulance responded to an assistance call on Summer Street. The response was cancelled on arrival.
  • 8:50 AM: Investigation – Chief Michael Cassidy investigated a hazard on Hill Street.
  • 11:47 AM: Investigation – Chief Michael Cassidy investigated an alarm malfunction on Brooksmont Drive.
  • 1:05 PM: Investigation – Chief Michael Cassidy, Deputy Mark Dellicker, Rescue 1 and Engine 1 investigated a water emergency on Mechanic Street.
  • 3:46 PM: Medical – The ambulance responded to a medical emergency on Marked Tree Road. A resident was transported to UMass Memorial Medical Center, University Campus in Worcester.

Saturday, December 24

  • 12:51 AM: Medical – The ambulance responded to a medical emergency on Oak Street. A resident was transported to Newton Wellesley Hospital.
  • 7:39 AM: Investigation – Deputy Mark Dellicker, Lieutenant Michael Gulla, Ladder 1 and Engine 4 investigated an HVAC malfunction. Eversource Gas was also notified and responded.
  • 6:07 PM: Medical – An ambulance with paramedics from Ashland Fire responded to a medical emergency on Noel Drive. A resident was transported to MetroWest Medical Center.
  • 6:24 PM: Medical – An ambulance with paramedics from Medway Fire responded to a medical emergency on Prospect Street. A resident was transported to Milford Regional Medical Center.
  • 7:59 PM: Assistance Call – Weekend Duty Captain Brian Grace and the ambulance responded to an assistance call on Brooksmont Drive.

Sunday, December 25

  • 1:25 AM: Medical – An ambulance with paramedics from Medway Fire responded to a medical emergency on Summer Street. The individual refused transport; a signed waiver was obtained.
  • 8:08 PM: Medical – Weekend Duty Captain Brian Grace and the ambulance responded to a medical emergency on Highland Street. The individual refused transport; a signed waiver was obtained.
  • 8:41 PM: Medical – The ambulance responded to a medical emergency on Hargrave Avenue. The individual refused transport; a signed waiver was obtained.

Monday, December 26

  • 12:04 PM: Medical – The ambulance responded to a medical emergency on Washington Street. A resident was transported to MetroWest Medical Center.

Tuesday, December 27

  • 4:17 AM: Investigation – Weekend Duty Officer Captain Brian Grace investigated an alarm malfunction on Bald Hill Road.
  • 9:02 AM: Medical – The ambulance responded to a medical emergency on Elm Street. A resident was transported to Milford Regional Medical Center.
  • 12:40 PM: Investigation – Chief Michael Cassidy investigated an alarm activation on Roy Avenue.
  • 3:23 PM: Investigation – Chief Michael Cassidy investigated unauthorized burning on Shaw Farm Road. The resident was advised of the Open Burning Regulations.
  • 8:06 PM: Investigation – Chief Michael Cassidy and Engine 1 investigated an alarm activation on Shaw Farm Road. The response was cancelled prior to arrival.

Wednesday, December 28

  • 9:59 AM: Medical – The ambulance responded to a medical emergency on Elm Street. A resident was transported to Beth Israel Deaconess – Needham.
  • 11:37 AM: Medical – The ambulance responded to a medical emergency on South Street. A resident was transported to Milford Regional Medical Center.
  • 12:29 PM: Medical – The ambulance responded to a medical emergency on Norfolk Street. A resident was transported to MetroWest Medical Center.
  • 12:42 PM: Alarm Activation – Chief Michael Cassidy, Deputy Mark Dellicker, Ladder 1, and Engines 2 and 4 responded to an alarm activation on Summer Street.
  • 5:47 PM: Investigation – Chief Michael Cassidy investigated an alarm malfunction on Karen Circle.

    So, we had no full ambulance crew on duty for the evening/overnight of 12/24 and the Christmas Day shift. We have several dozen EMTs. Where is everybody?
