The waterflows in Holliston on the west side of Highland St. are a little easier to understand than those of the east side of town. It is helpful to remember that our town has a north/south backbone of five hills – our own little “Continental Divide.”

O’Connell to Run 9th Boston Marathon

On Monday, April 17, Holliston’s Joanne O’Connell will run the Boston Marathon for the ninth time. She will be carried along the 26.2-mile route by the memory of her late son, Timothy, who passed away in 2008 at the age of 10 after a courageous battle with acute myeloid leukemia.
