Interfaith Candlelight Vigil for Ukraine on March 13 @ 4pm

The Metrowest Interfaith Dialogue Project in collaboration with First Congregational Church of Holliston and Rabbi Jennifer Rudin is organizing a candlelight vigil prayer service in solidarity with Ukraine. 

It will take place outside, in front of the First Congregational Church of Holliston in the church green on Washington Street.

Knights of Columbus Raising Financial Aid

Most of you know that the Knights of Columbus (KofC) in Holliston runs a charity raffle each year, and they will do so again this year.  You may not know that the Knights are a global organization with councils in many countries including Poland and Ukraine.  Polish Knights are working closely with their brother Knights in the Ukraine to help with the unfolding humanitarian crisis there and helping refugees (without regard to religious affiliation) as they enter Poland.  So far Knights worldwide have contributed more than $2.2 M to this effort.

More to the point, if you are looking for a way to help Ukrainian refugees, the Knights of Columbus Supreme has set up the Ukraine Solidarity Fund to support them.  The KofC will match up to $500,000 in donations to this fund. If you are looking for a way to compound your contribution, this is a good way to do that.
